My family of 5 enjoyed this place so much! comfy place to stay in, comfortable beds. It’s indeed lovely 3 bedrooms apt. Host is super nice, always attentive to me. And kind enough to allow early check in. The apt even has walking stick and umbrella ( so handy for elderly folks and on a rainy day ) .. checked in with welcome notes, chocolates, and tourist to-do/tourist to-go leaflets .. such caring host ! highly recommend this place ! Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location We had an amazing stay in this cozy apartment in Breuil-Cervinia. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the slopes, shops, and restaurants. The apartment itself is small but charming, with a lovely sunny balcony where we enjoyed relaxing after a day on the mountain. Everything we needed was available, and both Cristina and Rodica were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Just a note for future guests: the apartment does not have internet, and you need to bring your own bed linens or reserve them separately for an additional fee. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful location—we would love to come back!

Vi var i vinterferien 8 piger, som havde lejet Pias lejlighed, og den levede 100% op til forventningerne. Lejligheden fungerede super godt, og alt var, som det var vist på billederne. Lejligheden ligger med mulighed for ski in - ski out, hvilket var rigtig dejligt, og derfor tæt på liften. Derudover gik bussen lige ude foran næsten, hvilket var rigtig smart, når vi skulle ind til Val d’Isere centrum. De eneste udfordringer, vi havde, var, at ovnen ikke fungerede optimalt, da den ikke kunne tændes, og vi var nødt til at vaske alt service i køkkenet op, da vi kom, da det ikke var rent. Trods dette kan vi varmt anbefale Pias lejlighed, og vi vil klart anbefale den videre til andre

If you travel by car and you wish to go to Zermatt, then to Matterhorn, this is the right place. Beautiful apartment with picturesque view. Only few minutes walk to Tasch Terminal to catch a train to Zermatt (car free town). Great apartment! Wish I could’ve stayed longer than 2 nights. Looking forward to return here. Till next time

Livia’s apartment suited my teenage daughter and I really well. It is on the third floor of a small block of apartments, an easy and pleasant walk to the lifts up to the ski area via a small woodland. Lovely brand new bathroom with an excellent shower as well as a very good washer dryer. Beds were super comfortable. Really nice views from the balcony out into fields and then up to the mountains . Livia was really friendly and responsive and also very flexible as we navigated the disruptions of a big snow storm. Recommended!

Un maravilloso apartamento con persianas!! Con todo lo necesario para hacer vida. Una terraza para disfrutar de un cafe mañanero donde veras bajar y subir ardillas. Las habitaciones son perfectas. Y la ducha un lujo, totalmente renovado. La ubicación en zermatt maravillosa sin ruido y a 2 minutos andando del meollo. Totalmente recomendable y volveríamos sin duda. Muchas gracias!!! Très bon séjour, les remontées mécaniques sont accessibles à pied, la boutique de location de skis également. Un très bon réseau de bus navettes pour se déplacer. La literie est excellente, l’appartement est bien équipé (sauf le wifi et la tv signalés sur l’annonce) Le séjour était agréable et l’environnement agréable
