This recently renovated house is located in a safe gated residential area, it takes a seven minutes drive to get to Galerias Santo Domingo mall, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and much more. It offers a private and quiet accommodation for vacationers and business travelers. The unit features a comfortable king sized bed, 1 queen and 1 full sized bed. TV and AC, hot water, washer and dryer, work space and a delightful kitchen.

Our guests enjoy the relaxation after their volcano adventures before continuing their Nicaraguan itinerary. Many guests extend their stay and hunker down with a good book by the pool. The name pays perhaps a daring homage to Famous Studio 54; also playing with our birthyear, but just with the name. This a beautiful brand new house built for our guests. It's located close to the main highway, yet far enough to keep the noise away. It's in the middle of a pretty garden with spacious, living room, kitchen, dining area, bedroom bathroom and working station. It also has outdoor space, laundry and a beautiful terrace.

Your group or family will appreciate the secure spaces for children (the accommodation passed the test with our 3-year-old), the beach access just seconds away on foot, the large air-conditioned rooms, the relaxation areas, the hyper-central location, proximity to various restaurants, grocery stores, bars (they cannot be heard from the house), and much more. Come fall in love with Nicaragua in a tropical yet relaxing atmosphere.

Casa Abierta is safe & secluded - just 20 min. from Managua but feels far from the heat and noise. Deck has gorgeous views & house is open plan w/ loft, kitchen, living/bedroom. Lots of screens for airflow, so it's very cool. Accessible to Managua in charming rural village next to forest walks on trails with views & wood-fired hot tub. *Note: Our place is extra peaceful because we *do not* have WiFi!
