We own and manage the park along with the Cabin and we have an onsite staff for anything needed, just like a hotel. Located 40 minutes northeast of Durango, CO, Blue Spruce RV Park & Cabins is a quiet, full amenity campground in The Vallecito Lake Community. Our park is nestled in The San Juan National Forest and backs up to the mountains. The park is a short drive to Vallecito Lake and surrounded by great hiking trails and outdoor activities. Our amenities include a dining hall for group events, game room with parlor games (pool tables, air hockey, darts), basketball court, horseshoe pit, ping pong table, and a great outdoor pavilion. We offer multiple cabins, park apartments, and pre-setup RV's for rent. We are a perfect launching point for endless outdoor fun with amenities to keep you and your kids busy when back at the park. Custom Craftsman Cabin! Enjoy partial views from every room & a short walk to the shoreline. Roomy, 1,031 sq. ft. nestled in the pines and equipped with all the amenities you need. We offer a SUP, canoe, fishing poles, & life jackets by the lake. The cabin sleeps up to 6 guests with 2king beds on the 2nd floor and 2full baths. The full-size pull-out couch on the first floor accommodates 2 children under 12,$35 fee, 1/2bath. Dine under the covered decks or unwind indoors by the cozy fire. Dog :)

#7 Lakefront Wildflower Cabin at Elk Point Lodge

This is a lakefront cabin at Elk Point Lodge- a peaceful and secluded resort tucked in the pines on the eastern shore of Vallecito Reservoir - the quiet side. There is convenient free lake access from this cabin. Cabin 7, the Wildflower Cabin, gets its design inspiration from the colorful bounty of summer in Colorado. From the large new deck, you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains. The interior on this two bedroom cabin is comfortable and cozy with a wood burning stove.

Beautiful Log Mountain Home with a View

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

(Please note that the loft has a low ceiling height & ladder steps.) Your family will enjoy lots of outdoor space on this extra large property!

Bethany's Vallecito Lake Cabin #1

A cute cabin with an ideal location. It is easy to find, and it is just off the county road with plenty of parking space. Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.

Welcome to our little slice of heaven. The apartment is above our detached garage and accessed through a separate private entrance. We've equipped it with everything you might need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The neighborhood offers a lake (with a walking trail) right across the street, National Forest access, and wildlife (deer, turkeys, the occasional bear). We do live onsite and are here should you have questions or need recommendations.
