Everything as advertised and even extras, loved the closed gated community, very quite place will definitely stay again with my family.

Very convenient location. All of the rooms were clean with lots of space. The Washer and Dryer was very convenient.

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Scott for making our trip memorable!

Pat & Krysten were very responsive and helpful. The house is well maintained and cozy, place was just as described. Kayaking was very enjoyable, we enjoyed the nearby trail. Fishing was not the greatest, but likely due to the tides we experienced. All in all great stay and very enjoyable!

This place is truly special. The location is right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. Easy to find, park, and get into. From the moment we arrived, Jason and Neil were the most gracious hosts. And the property is amazing! Every single thing has been carefully thought out and decorated for style and comfort both inside and out. So much so that we spent the last day on property just enjoying the peace and quiet. I almost don’t want to say anything because I don’t want to share this find, but the place (and hosts) are too amazing not to get all the love they deserve. Can’t wait to come back.

Overall really great stay for our week long trip to Tampa. Very responsive, friendly and helpful host, which we so greatly appreciated! Would highly recommend this stay, very conveniently located to everything you can possibly think of. Would definitely love to stay again!

Me and My family had an Amazing time!!! We Loved the house!!! It is so cozy and has everything you need!!! The amenities were top-notch, and the host's guidebook had some fantastic local recommendations. Communication was seamless! Lovely and relaxing stay, the lake is beautiful and the house is a good size, if a little on the dated side. Location is great to just decompress, but also close enough to the beautiful beaches and nightlife of Tampa. Thanks, Richard!
