Facing a spring water stream, surrounded by a rich biodiversity of native Sholai, fruit trees, coffee & spices… Family friendly- for anyone who wishes to completely immerse in nature, wildlife, pure fresh air, night skies, peace & quite. The valley is peaceful place.

The Wooden Cottage at Kookal Eco Farms

Kookal is a beautiful and quaint drive away from Kodaikanal, the Princess of Hills, 15 kms after Poomparai. If you are able to overcome the temptation of stopping by at the charming spots that dot the route, you can cover this distance of 32 km in a little over an hour from Kodaikanal. It is a perfect destination for those on the lookout for offbeat places to stay. Our cottage is located in a 5 acre property, facing the Shola forests and has an excellent view of the Kookal lake.
