A two rooms private apartment with a king size bed. Strong wifi, smart tv, towels, clean sheets, refrigerator, portable induction cooktop (really efficient from Ikea), two heating plates, microwave, mini oven, pots and pan. There is also a sink beside the bed that might not appear on some pictures. Also access to a laundry and dryer machine in another room that you share with us, as we live in the same building. The actual bed is the one you see in the lasts pictures, still a king size.

Our mission is to provide a clean, calm, cost effective and pet friendly space for rent. The appartment have a private entrance and no shared spaces. Ideally suitable for 1 or 2 guests. However it’s possible to put an extra queen matress in the living room to accomodate up to 3-4 guests. Ideal for short stay (or longer stays) to whoever needs a fully furnished place (Travellers, New immigrants, freshly separated people, people who sold their house/condo in need or a temporary place.

Our guests can be assured the bedding will be washed and changed with each and every new guest, and for those staying for a week or more, bedding is changed every week. You get the enitre floor with private entrance and terrace to yourself.
