The best of both the beach and the bay. It isn't just near the water- it's built out over the bay! When you want sand and waves, the beach is only a short walk! Also walkable to restaurants, ice cream, CVS, coffee and liquor stores! Enjoy the calm waters of the bay with our kayaks and stand-up paddle boards- or without. Take in the incredible sunsets from our southwest-facing deck. The world famous boardwalk runs along the ocean thru Atlantic City and Ventnor- bike, walk, run, people watch.

This cozy private bedroom & full bath is attached to our home behind our kitchen(dead bolted door) not accessible to the rest of the house. A private door w/key pad entry, patio, mini fridge w/brita water pitcher, table, 4 chairs, high speed wifi, mini split AC/heat, Keurig coffee/tea maker, overhead light fan is awaiting your arrival!
