One of the best city apartments I’ve stayed in! My fiancé and I stayed here with another couple as we had a show at the Mayflower Theatre, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s just a two-minute walk from the train station, which was ideal for us, and only 30 seconds from the theatre. Our friends arrived by car, and we were surprised to find that a free parking space was included—something that’s almost unheard of in a city center! There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and in the best possible location. I wish I had this apartment myself! It’s tucked away at the top of the road, so there’s no street noise—unlike most city stays where you can hear traffic and late-night crowds. Being slightly above the main road made all the difference, and we had such a peaceful stay. If I’m ever in Southampton again, this will be my go-to place. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 5 nights in May. We were 4 adults and the place was big enough for 8. Beds were comfy and the place was spotlessly clean. Quiet location and only 1 min walk to the shops. Car park on the next street. Good location for exploring the island. Would stay here again

Perfect location! Very clean and well kitted out. Comfy beds. One thing that is good to know, especially when travelling with young children, is that the property is split into several floors with stairs separating the smaller and larger bedrooms. No problems at all for us who have bigger kids. We loved the flat and the area. Close to shops, cool bars and restaurants. Katarina was a great host! Would defintively book again!

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

Our Stay was lovely! Flat was just as described, well equipped with everything we needed and more. The flat was very clean, organised and the hosts were kind enough to meet us at check in! Location was perfect and we took up the host’s recommendations for dinner 10/10! Highly recommend!

Thanks for a great stay. Super location in the centre of Brockenhurst. Very responsive host who gave clear instructions on how to enter and where to store bikes. Lovely flat which was perfect for a few days in this area of the New Forest.

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

There was everything that we need. Clean and a peacefull property. Chen is responsive. It will be a great option to stay if you have a car.

We have just returned from an amazing stay at the House at Ryde Sands. The views from the lounge and master bedroom are STUNNING! The house was very clean and tidy and well equipped. I honestly don’t think we could have found anywhere better to stay. Thank you Beth & Scott xx

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. We had a wonderful stay at Sana's place in Totland Bay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, ideal for relaxing strolls and enjoying the sea views. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it a great base for exploring the Isle of Wight with a homely feeling. It’s beautifully decorated, with a personal touch evident in every detail. The bathroom was a bit compact, but that’s a small trade-off given how excellent the other amenities were. The coffee machine and massage chair were great touches. We loved the coffee so much we asked about the brand—turns out, Sana’s family owns the business, which made it even more special! Sana was a responsive and thoughtful host throughout. She kindly accommodated our last-minute request to change from 3 adults to 4 due to a family situation, and did so without any additional charge. We truly appreciated her understanding and flexibility. We’d be happy to return in the future!

Lovely home suitable for families or groups. Very close proximity to the beach and 5-10 mins from East Wittering. We especially enjoyed the garden space and the open plan kitchen/living area. Esther was a fabulous host who made everything easy and straightforward. We had a lovely break over the May Bank Holiday.

A really well located little house. Small but enough room for our little family. Excellent location for the ferry and Yarmouth. Parking is a pain but the local carpark is not far and there is so much to do on the Island you could easily be out for the day or not bring the car. There were a few niggles with the house but Bree communicated really well and was super helpful. It had everything you could need to be self-sufficient for a few days stay. Would definitely stay again.

The Perch is a delightful apartment, fully equipped with all you need for a restful stay, very clean and furnished to a high spec. It is very central with lots of independent restaurants and tearooms catering for all tastes. Louise and her husband Richard were wonderful hosts. We had an unexpected issue with the shower and they moved heaven and earth to fix the problem. This was our first visit to Lyndhurst and The Perch but it will certainly not be our last.

Fantastic apartment - we thoroughly enjoyed our break here and definitely one of the best Air B&B’s we have stayed at. 10 out of 10!!

Bright & clean apartment, brilliantly situated if your going on a cruise like we did. I'm also impressed Christina didn't leave a to do list before you leave, this was a nice touch, as I will always try to leave a place how I found it. Also there is a convenience store on the corner of the building, this proved super handy. I would definitely book again, especially if I'm going on a cruise 👍

Lovely flat in a great location to Lymington town centre. Everywhere is driving distance and the use of the parking clock was very helpful as it was accepted in every town we visited (certain car parks only).

We absolutely loved our Easter stay at the old alarm. Jules was a fabulous host, providing lots of helpful info prior to arriving. The flat is situated right in the heart of Lymington Quay.. it’s beautifully presented with all the amenities you will need. Jules provided a lovely welcome basket and even Easter eggs for the children, which was very thoughtful. The parking permit came in really handy when exploring the New Forest. We love this part of the country and will definitely stay again when back in the area.Thank you for a wonderful stay! Recommend The Kings Head a couple of doors Down - the atmosphere and food was great.

Fijne en comfortabele accommodatie. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, inclusief keukenspullen, wasmachine en droger. Lekker dichtbij het strand en prima uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen. Wij verbleven met ons gezin (3 jongens van 5, 8 en 9 jaar oud) en hadden met deze accommodatie een fijne tijd op het prachtige eiland!

Excellent with kitchen supplied with basics, which were not expected. Spacious facility. Towels, linen, bedding all excellent. Easy to get to Portsmouth tourism highlights and in a quiet neighbourhood.
