A casa da Emily é um sonho a beira mar. Super confortável, limpeza 10, iluminada e ter a vista e o barulho do mar todos os dias ao acordar e dormir é incrível. Também tem tudo próximo para comer, é do lado de hermosa beach, dá para ir caminhando comtemplado a paisagem, fazer esporte ou comer em um bom lugar. Emily é uma ótima anfitriã. Valeu muito a pena e voltaremos com certeza. Tivemos dias perfeitos aqui!

L’appartement d’Anita est superbe avec une belle vue sur l’océan et la plage. Il est situé juste derrière le boardwalk ce qui permet plus de tranquillité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec un logement très fonctionnel, grande cuisine , 2 salles de bain. Les parties communes sont décorées par l’artiste @dcastroarts, ce qui ne gâche rien. This was a perfect place right across the beach, an easy walk near a bunch of great food places! Chris was very nice and welcoming. If I am ever in Santa Monica again this would be my first option!

Wir waren mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Mona war für uns immer erreichbar. Die Lage ähnelt einem Paradies. Wir würden immer wieder dorthin zurückkehren. Es war fantastisch.

Gorgeous historic beach house! John’s place was perfect for us, as we needed two bedrooms and wanted to be as close to the beach as possible. The beach is a very short walk from the unit, and right next to the Annenberg Community Beach House where there is a cafe with a great menu. The unit was spotless, beautifully designed and cozy, and John was very responsive. If you want a beautiful beachfront experience for a reasonable price, I’d highly recommend John’s place. We hope to be back again!

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the peaceful location. The cottage was well decorated and was just as described. Marie checked on us to make sure we were comfortable and was available for anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location- walkable to lots of restaurants, bars, shops, beach, Santa Monica pier. Great communication and very clear instructions. Check in and check out was very easy. It’s an older building but well maintained. Could use some extra towels and waters for the apartment so provided that feedback which they appreciated and were very responsive to. Great hosts. Would stay here again and recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Ventura! The space was cozy, welcoming, and exactly as described—everything we needed was thoughtfully provided. The amenities were top-notch, and the custom webpage app was a brilliant touch that made settling in seamless. The check-in process was smooth and clearly explained, which we really appreciated. We'd happily recommend this place to others and would absolutely stay here again!

We had such an amazing weekend! The house was even better than the pictures—super cozy, clean, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. It had all the perfect touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Sarah was such a great host—so kind, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had a smooth and comfortable stay. Would 100% stay here again!

I would go back again and again! I was lucky to get the dates and times it presented and I took it! So glad I did! The waves cleared my mind and the sunset was beautiful. The beach walk was so peaceful and I felt like it was just my personal ocean (hardly no one in sight). Thank you Amber for allowing me the opportunity to stay in this castle! I will be back!

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

this stay was beautiful. the home is exquisitely decorated and has everything you need. it's within walking distance to the beach and is very quiet. I 1000% recommend this stay

Great host, very responsive and pro-active. Location is really great with sea view. Nice size of bedroom and living area. Nice shower. Bess provided all necessary toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, etc… Furniture are a bit old but it remains comfortable. Cutleries, plates and glasses could be improved. There was only one glass for wine. I was alone, do it was ok, but still… Very happy overall and I am strongly recommending Bess place. Will gladly come back.

Victoria was an amazing host! Very communicative and such a kind heart. The fires were happening in the north and our friends we were meeting at her house, came in a day earlier and were staying in another hotel close to fires. She offered them to come a day early to get away from the smoke!! Her house was south of fires, so we were OK here. She then offered us a late checkout as our flight wasn't until 8pm at night. This was so welcome as we have young children. She really went above and beyond! Her place is very homely and great to be close to the beach. Thank you for everything Victoria :)

Booked this spot for a weekend getaway with friends and had a fantastic time! The location is great and just a short walk to the beach. You can hear the waves from the living room! We had everything we needed for our time here, including access to beach towels and chairs. The living room couch was so comfy and easy fit us (4 of us) all when resting/watching TV. Great food and coffee options just a few blocks away. Definitely recommend this spot!

Yese is a very responsive host. Her place was absolutely beautiful, clean and in a perfect location. I was able to cook several meals in the well stocked kitchen and it was easy to feel at home in this place. We would stay again!

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

Definitely the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at. The house is right on the beach. The property was well taken care of. We really enjoyed the showers. They were modern with multiple jets and rain shower head. There was also this attention to detail with lightening. There were multiple mood lights around the home, which made it feel cozy at night. We enjoyed family time around the fireplace in the evenings listening to the waves. Nice private parking spot. Rent a smaller car if possible. California parking spots are commonly tight. We’ll definitely be back to this property!

absolutely STUNNING!!!! pictures do not do this place justice and the waves that crash up makes the world's most peaceful sleep!!! My husband LOVED the shower the water pressure was the best and the water got super hot! beds were comfy, everything was clean and neat, parking was private and everything was exceptional!! thank you so much

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

My husband and I loved staying in this Condo on Carpinteria‘s pristine quiet beach! It is everything that it says it is and what was particularly amazing was Spencer’s Thoughtful and thorough itineraries that walks you through everything. You could see the ocean from the bedroom and it felt like you were right on the beach in the living room. You go down three flights of stairs, and there is the Beach. I am disabled, and I ran into the property manager who lives on site and she was so warm and compassionate. She saw that I was in distress and she just took me by the hand and went all the way up to the condo with me and then came back out and walk me back out to my car into my husband’s hands with the remote that we needed to enter the parking area. She showed us and actually helped us with the luggage cart which is above and beyond. Spencer Has many beautiful properties in this area, and I think I would always trust his listings to be well managed and accurate.
