There is hot water in shower. Large outdoor shower room with rain and regular shower heads. Ac in room is super cold. Queen bed with foam mattress Owner lives full time on property for any needs. The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!

Enjoy the private downstairs apartment in our two-story house. It features a full open kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, a queen bed in the bedroom with AC, a sofa that pulls out to become a second bed, and a shower with hot water. There is smart TV. The entrance is private and parking is right in front of the apartment. It's located in Villa Borinquen, a 5 minute drive or 25 minute walk from the ferry station and surf breaks.
