Le logement est vraiment magnifique, tellement bien qu’au lieu de séjourner une semaine, nous avions prolongé d’une semaine supplémentaire. Tout est bien pensé afin qu’il ne vous manque de rien, vous pouvez cuisiner en toute tranquillité et profiter même pour déguster votre repas sur le balcon. L’endroit est calme et reposante, côté plage, celle-ci est moins fréquentée. Nous avons adoré !

Logement conforme à la description Les lits sont les plus confortables que j’ai pu avoir en Asie depuis un moment !!! On a dormi comme des bébés Seul bémol est qu’il y avait une odeur bizarre persistante dans l’appartement , qu’on a atténué avec la climatisation. Et il n’y a pas de séparation entre la douche et le reste de la salle de bain donc l’eau va partout. Mais je recommanderai tout de même, c’est un choix de logement solide , bien équipé et propre, au bord de mer. Merci de nous avoir reçu ! :)

Its a great location. Right across from the main veach area where you can rent a chair for $2 on the beach with an umbrella. The rooftop pool is nice but an daily fee to use it. It was still cheap, I think it was like $2 / day per person. The bakery in the lobby had amazing pasties and banana bread. The room is pretty big and very comfortable.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Da Nang dans l’appartement de Lynn ! L’endroit est magnifique, propre, lumineux, et on s’y sent comme à l’hôtel. Tout le nécessaire est là, les lits sont confortables, et surtout, la localisation à My Khe Beach était parfaite pour nous, au cœur de l’action, à deux pas de la belle plage, des restos et cafés. Lynn a été super disponible et réactive, ce qui a vraiment fait la différence. Nous avons apprécié et c’est assurément un appartement où nous aimerions revenir un jour.

Hong ist ein guter Gastgeber der schnell reagiert. Unseren Morgenkaffee haben wir mit dem Blick aufs Meer genossen. Nachts etwas laut und morgens beginnt der Tag um 7 Uhr. Wir haben allerdings mit offenem Fenster geschlafen und gut geschlafen. Kleine reperaturen wären mal Notwendig, Wasserhahn, sieb und Abwaschmittel waren nicht schön. Einiges haben wir gekauft aber kostet ja nicht viel. Das Licht der HAUBE ging nicht. Die Wände bräuchten mal ein Anstrich. Aber es ist alles ordentlich und sauber, das Bett normal. Nach 6 Tagen wird saubergemacht und alles gewechselt. Super Kühlschrank. Der Strand ist super und die Liegen mit Schirm Handtuch kosten pro Tag 6 Euro, wir haben es immer genutzt. Bezahle immer für den nächsten Tag dann hast du auch deine Liegen. Sehr netter Strandjunge. Hotel sauber und angenehm. Essen in Hülle und Fülle in der ganzen Umgebung. Wonderful stay, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The location and view was great there’s lots of construction happening, but once it’s finished this will be a prime location

Świetne miejsce położone bardzo blisko plaży, wiele lokali dookoła. Do miasta też blisko. Było bardzo czysto i duży plus za baniak z wodą mineralną do picia.

Very tastefully decorated and comfortable place to stay. The upstairs bedroom gets a wonderful ocean breeze and it’s so relaxing to sit on the daybed on the terrace and let the hours pass. One tiny complaint is a lack of common living space but I feel the modern architecture style and gorgeous finishings make up for this issue.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our host was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The premises hold a large well kept garden and a traditional Hoi Anese house that has been modernised. There was lots of space and it was all very clean and comfortable. This is definitely a more unique place to stay than the other options in the same neighborhood. We'll be back!

Penser à compléter les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle. Il manque de la vaisselle pour 6 personnes.

הבית מקסים ועוצב נהדר, המרפסת גדולה ומשגעת. הדבר היחיד שהפריע לי שהמים בפילטר היו עם ריח של עובד, המארחת אמרה שזה תקין, אבל לי זה הריח לא טוב.

What an amazing find! We had a great time at the Villa- it was well equipped for our stay, with a secure entry system. It was a calming haven with butterflies, birds & gekkos to watch. Xuan, our host, was very responsive. The bedlinen was good quality, showers were great, and the large bath was a treat. There is a very good restaurant (The Old Man) next door. The cleaners came every 2 days and the place was immaculate. We appreciated the washer & dryer facilities. The mini mart 100 yards away takes laundry & sells a range of cold beers & wine. We organised cycle hire for a few days, which were delivered to the villa & collected again Scooter hire was close by, if you are brave enough! Grab taxis were plentiful, reliable & cheap into town (average 75,000 vnd into old town) Beach is easily accessible with sunbeds to rent for the day. The new jacuzzi was spotless and a lovely place to cool down after a days sightseeing. We loved staying here & would definitely return-thank you!

Die Unterkunft war super eingerichtet, vor allem sauber und es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Der Pool war schön, jedoch zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten sehr gut besucht, dadurch auch sehr laut. Sofern es ein Problem gab habe ich sofort eine Antwort bekommen. Zum erreichen von Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten braucht man ein Grab. Sofern das jemanden nicht stört ist die ruhig gelegene Unterkunft wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

Я выбрал квартиру в основном из-за района Vinhomes. Это довольно комфортное место, совсем не похожее на Хошимин. Квартира просторная. В ней есть вся мебель и техника. Всё работает. Хозяева - очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые люди. Они моментально приходили на помощь и по поводу жилья, и по личным вопросам. Из небольших минусов: - на улице рядом с домом есть деревенское караоке. Они любят шуметь, но в 22 часа всегда замолкают - кухня не очень приспособлена для готовки В целом, я прожил тут хороший спокойный месяц. Спасибо!

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (6 Jahre) hier und waren alle begeistert. Die Aussicht ist richtig toll, die Umgebung bietet beste Unterhaltung und die Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für all das. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

Aroma’s place was excellent in every way! From the moment of booking, she was very friendly and helpful with any requests and easy to reach with any questions. The apartment itself was very cozy to relax in at the end of the day and fully equipped with everything you could want from tv to wifi, a/c, kitchen, and so much more! The apartment was also nicely located only minutes from great places to eat and grocery. Aroma is also an avid adventurer and traveler, and I enjoyed the conversations we had about places we visited - she is a very friendly and kind person! I highly recommend her place to all, don’t hesitate to book!

This apartment is located just right across from the beautiful beach and kept very well managed. Every small detail was provided by Tu and Tho, who were very friendly and generous hosts. It is absolutely out of their control and definitely not the host's fault but during my 1.5 months of stay, there were construction noises from other units on different floors, almost every weekday. It usually starts at 8am and lasts till 5pm but the rest of the day is very quiet. Tu and Tho tried extremely hard to make my stay more comfortable and I really appreciate their effort.

Очень красивая квартира с потрясающим видом на море, вечерние шоу и фейерверки. Не хотелось уезжать.
