One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

A 15 minuti da Bolzano e Merano si trova un elegante appartamento di 65mt a due piani con ingresso autonomo,composto da soggiorno\cucina, una camera da letto (letto francese) e un bagno, per offrirvi un confortevole soggiorno. L’appartamento si trova in una posizione adatta per raggiungere in pochi minuti i famosi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento si trova in un castello del 16 secolo. Al pianoterra del castello si trova un piccolo ristorante, dove è possibile trascorrere una bella serata.

Direkt am Fuße der Plose gelegen sind Skigebiet, Wanderwege und Almhütten genauso nahe wie die idyllische Altstadt Brixens. Die Wohnung hat einen privaten Eingang mit Parkplatz, einen großen Balkon und eine Terrasse mit Garten. Es erwarten Sie liebevoll gestaltete Räume und eine traumhafte Aussicht auf umliegende Bergspitzen und die Kulturstadt Brixen.

Sunny apartment with terrace and green area on the ground floor. Perfect location immediately next to the ski slope ,,Brunnerlift’’ and connection to the skiing area Gitschberg-Jochtal. Stunning view on the mountains of the Dolomites, Val Isarco and Val Pusteria and an optimal starting point for hiking and walking. Price for 2 people/day; for every additional person there will be an extra charge. The tourist tax (2.10 euros/person <14 years/night) will be collected upon arrival.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale, dotato di zona giorno con ampio divano letto e smart tv, tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata con tutti i principali elettrodomestici compresi forno e lavastoviglie. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo.

Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. Die zentrale Lage wird besonders geschätzt (ca 5 km von Wattens und Autobahn entfernt).

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

El apartamento vacacional "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" está situado en Fundres/Pfunders y goza de una magnífica vista de los Alpes desde el mismo edificio. La propiedad de 50 m² consta de una sala de estar con un sofá cama para una persona, una cocina totalmente equipada, 1 dormitorio y 1 baño, y tiene capacidad para 3 personas. El Wi-Fi de alta velocidad (apto para videollamadas), la televisión y la lavadora están disponibles.

You will find a well-stocked eat-in kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom. Enjoy the garden or the roof terrace. Parking spaces are available. Public transport nearby. Stroll through the old town of Brixen. Explore hiking and cycling trails and the nearby ski areas.

Hoferhof - Bauernhofurlaub

Schnelles Wlan (Glasfaser) und Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Beim Hoferhof Gsies beginnt die Erholung schon bei der Anfahrt durch das Gsieser Tal. Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.

Rindlereck

Unsere Wohnung ist circa 70qm2 groß und befindet sich 5 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Direkt vom Haus aufbrechen in die Natur zu einem Spaziergang, Wanderung, Nordic Walking. 5 Fahrminuten mit dem Auto und sie erreichen den Kronplatz (Skigebiet). Die Ortstaxe beträgt 1,75€/Nacht/Person und ist bei Ankunft zu hinterlegen. Ab 1.01.2024 beträgt die Ortstaxe in Bruneck 2,50€/Person/Nacht.
