Renta de alojamientos vacacionales aptos para fumadores en Volosko

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Nadan dal 23 al 31 agosto 2024, direi che posso tranquillamente consigliare questo alloggio, in primis per la gentilezza e la disponibilità del Sig. Nadan che è sempre stato presente ma non invadente, ci ha dato ottimi consigli sulle spiaggie da visitare e sui ristornati. L'appartamento è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, quindi per noi ottimo visto che volevamo stare in una zona tranquilla, e a circa 15/20 minuti dalle più belle spiaggie da visitare. L'interno dell'appartamento è ben curato, pulito, e dotato di tutti i confort, tranne la lavatrice. Quindi buona vacanza ai prossimi che avranno il piacere di soggiornare in questo appartamento.

Wir haben bei Marija die Unterkunft gebucht und Sie war Super Nett und Hilfsbereit. Hat uns sofort auf die Nachrichten geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben mit einer Atemberaubender Aussicht. Sowohl der Strand als auch die Innenstadt und der kleiner Ortsmarkt waren perfekt zu erreichen. Sehr gefallen hat mir die Küche in der es an nichts fehlte und generell die große Terrasse auf der man eine perfekte Aussicht auf das Meer hatte. Positiv zu erwähnen ist auch, das man einen 1A Parkplatzt bekam welcher Überdacht war. Somit würde ich die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und Vrbenik als Ort ist generell sehr beruhigend und authentisch. Gerne wieder

El lugar era muy acogedor y bonito, el anfitrión amable y claro, nos dio dulces junto a una guía turística. A mis amigos y a mi nos encantó pasar los días en este lugar.

Odličan i susretljiv domaćin, ušao nam je u susret sa ranijim dolaskom, objasnio sve kako da se snađemo, mirno okruženje, ima parking ispred i mjesto za sjediti i družiti se, sve je bilo uredno i čisto 🩵

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Marija sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich schön. In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Die Terasse, welche man mit der anderen Ferienwohnung teilt, liegt abends im Schatten, was sehr angenehm ist. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung sauber und gut ausgestattet. Uns wurden neben Handtücher auch Duschmittel, Shampoo, Bodylotion, Putzmittel eine Mückenspierale sowie sogar Apfelsaft und Eiswürfel bereitgestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Marija war immer sehr freundlich und schnell. Vor Ort war ihre Großmutter welche sehr nett war! Die Wohnung wird über den Tag sehr warm, da es, wie angegeben, kein AC gibt. Allerdings befindet sich in der Wohnung ein Ventilator, welcher die Temperaturen erträglich macht. Die meiste Zeit ist es möglich vor dem Haus zu parken. Da es dort aber relativ eng ist kann man auch ganz bequem am Anfang der Straße auf einem schattigen, kostenlosen, naturbelassenen Parkplatz stehen. Danke Marija, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Vesna is an absolute super host!! Her cozy, comfortable and spacious home is beautifully decorated and nestled in a scenic garden. This ideal location with a car park is peaceful and quiet but also centrally located. The Adriatic is only steps away, as are shops, restaurants and cafes. Vesna was a very attentive, responsive and generous host. We highly recommend her to anyone visiting the area and will definitely return. Thank you Vesna!

Es war eine rundum schöne Zeit hier. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Ruhe. Man konnte z.B. abends bis spät auf der Terrasse sitzen ohne irgendeinen Lärm aus der Nachbarschaft zu hören. Keine Partys, keine Musik, kein Gerede - richtig gut für Menschen die diese Ruhe im Urlaub suchen. Die meisten Strände und Städte sind alle meistens innerhalb einer halben Stunde bestens erreichbar. Besonders zu empfehlen Strand Luka in Rakalj und Stadt Labin ( evt. mit Wanderung nach Rabac). Außerdem: Geniale Pizza im Kum Bistro in Krnica! ( Unbedingt Platz vorbestellen). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist. Die Küche etwas klein geraten und leider ohne Backofen. Vielleicht sollte man noch erwähnen das sich rund ums Haus ca. mehrere Katzen angesiedelt haben die von Markos Eltern auch versorgt werden. Das die eine oder andere davon dann auch mal auf der Terrasse auftaucht ist verständlich und eigentlich auch ganz nett. Muss man nur wissen falls z.B. eine Katzenhaarallergie vorliegt...

Es war ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt. Ich wurde sehr nett empfangen. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Lage ist traumhaft. Vielen Dank und gerne wieder!

Man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Gracijela und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Gastgeber und super bemüht, dass man sich wohlfühlt und helfen auch sofort. Der Garten ist wunderschön und der Pool ist ideal. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Prekrasan smještaj, ugodan, čist i kao na slikama! Domaćin je izuzetno pristupačan i brzo odgovara na poruke. Ako tražite mir u prirodi, daleko od gradske gužve ovo je idealan smještaj za vas :)

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

Gianna ist ein wunderbarer Mensch. Die Kommunikation mit ihr ist einfach und angenehm, sie ist jederzeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus bietet einen großartigen Ausblick auf das Meer. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Der Pool ermöglicht ausreichend private Nutzung – wir waren sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder, und vom Platz her hat es perfekt gepasst. Billard und ein kleiner Tischtennistisch stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung, wenn man Lust hat zu spielen. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwa zehn Autominuten entfernt. Śmrika ist ein schönes, ruhiges kleines Dorf. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen! Der einzige Nachteil waren die Matratzen – sie sind sehr weich und lassen sich leicht mit der Hand eindrücken. Außerdem gab es keinen Bettwäschebezug, sodass ich neue Bettwäsche bei Lidl kaufen musste. Ansonsten war alles sehr bequem. Vielen Dank, liebe Gianna, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Wir hatten zu viert (2Personen/2Hunde) ein paar schöne Tage bei Ivana. Alles war sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Whirlpool war super und auch in die Stadt ans Meer war es Katzensprung. Ein paar wesentliche Dinge noch zu erwähnen: einen Billiardtisch gibt es nicht, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen war, jedoch einen Kicker Kasten (ist jedoch eher für Kinder/sehr leicht), es war für uns kein Problem. Die Straßen sind sehr eng und mit einem Bus nicht wirklich erreichbar, fahren sollte man können!:) Und es hat dort freilaufende Hunde, was uns das Gassigehen oft sehr erschwerte (großer weißer Hund 50Meter entfernt). Leider sind hinterm Haus im Moment Sanierungs/Bauarbeiten, lärmempfindliche könnten das nicht so super finden. Für uns war es ok. Danke für den Aufenthalt, bei traumhaften Wetter und vielleicht kommen wir irgendwann wieder. :)

L'alloggio è ben arredato (non ho mai trovato una cucina così ben fornita) e pulitissimo. La posizione della casa offre di un'ottima vista, in quanto la casa si trova in una posizione di qualche centinaio di metri sul livello del mare. Gli host sono stati fantastici.

We had an absolutely perfectly relaxing vacation. The place is like it looks in the pictures, I’d say even better. You really only need to take some stairs down to the sea and can take a swim whenever you want. You can also get there by Bus perfectly easy and when our train broke down and didn’t work anymore on our way there, they were kind enough to pick us up 25 minutes away from there home, where we were greeted with a lot of friendliness and care, yet we always had our privacy. You’re located in the middle between Rijeka and beautiful Opatja and we really loved it. I’d go back any time and can recommend staying here very highly!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment that surpassed all my expectations. The property was exactly as depicted in the descriptions and photographs, leaving no room for any unwelcome surprises. Foremost, the apartment's ambiance was undeniably captivating. It was nicely appointed with all necessities meticulously planned for, making the place feel welcoming and homely. The most delightful highlight of this apartment was undoubtedly the amazing views showcased from its balcony. The panoramic views were truly a sight to behold, making every moment spent in this apartment quite remarkable. An important facet of my highly satisfying experience was the responsive and helpful host. It was evident that a thoughtful effort had been made to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for me. Queries were promptly addressed, and it felt comforting to know that assistance was always just a message away. Counting all these positive aspects together, I recommend this to other users.

This was our third stay at Violeta's apartment and we will definitely be coming back next year 😊 Violeta is a lovely host, kind, always available and responsive. The apartment is the best - a peaceful neighbourhood, 5-10 minute walk to the nearest beach and dog beach, gorgeous fenced yard, perfect for dogs and small children. 5 stars!

Es war echt schön bis auf kleine Mängel ( Wegen Putzen ) aber super top! Alles vorhanden. Super groß wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. Zu empfehlen 99%

My family and I enjoyed a very nice easter holiday weekend at Brankica's place. She is very friendly, helpful and just a great host. The apartment itself provided way more then usually and way more we needed. It is located right beside the sea, just the road in between, as seen on the pictures. The cozy balcony offers a great view directly to the sea and we enjoyed it as well. 100% recommendation from our side - we are looking forward to come again!
