Donwstairs is the third bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a bath. Open-plan living area downstairs, two garages and two braai areas.

Perfect for boulderers, or anyone wishing to enjoy the beauty of the Cederberg or just to enjoy the peace and quiet. The owners live in a Studio apartment at the back part of the house. They have a separate entrance. While guests will almost be unaware of their presence they are always available to give advice or answer questions.
