A real gem of a spot, Sarah is a superb host, adding in little details that make your stay that much more comfortable. Absolutely will book here again. Everything you need to be totally self-sufficient, so convenient to all amenities. Can’t recommend highly enough!

i've stayed at Brendon and Sali's places a few times now and we've become good friends. They will always be my first choice for accomodation when I come back to Auckland. The Cottage is well-located to take advantage of everything The Bays have to offer.

Home from home. Debbie was a brilliant host. We enjoyed the dogs and the relaxed approach we had within the studio flat. There is plenty of space and light and everything we needed. Howick is a great area within walking distance , full of good cafes, restaurants and shops . The Saturday market is a must as is the beach which is also within walking distance . We would definitely return .

Clean and lovely place. Host provides fruits, bread and dairy products for us. Quiet neighbourhood and we slept so well. Yet if you want to cook they don’t have a spacious cooking area. We did not cook so it is okay for us. Would love to come and stay again.

We loved the homely atmosphere of this accommodation, so clean and cosy, and can relax either in a bathtub or on the deck. Great host, great space! 👍

Penelope 's place was very stylish, spacious & spotlessly clean. Large comfortable bed & lovely bathroom. As there are others staying in the house there is a bit of noise through the walls but not excessive. Lovely spot overlooking Auckland but away from the craziness!

We noticed both the small and general design of our space had been considered. Practical, comfortable and very tastefully done. My 10 year old daughter even had her own little cosy room and I had the master. The experience of light and space was obvious. Everything is well prepared and presented including a selection of teas and a compact espresso machine. The beds are beautiful. The shower (strong) and bathroom/toilet are clean and spacious. The property had easy access and was ideal to come and go with our car. We will book again. Thank you so much for your accommodation Graham and Kathy, you made my trip back to Devonport (birth place) where I grew up - an unforgettable pleasure and having a comfortable base to show-case Devonport to my daughter was priceless. I highly recommend to others.

The place was clean and really nice. The backyard was great for my toddler to run around.

This is a brilliant spot to stay in St Heliers as a base for being in Auckland. It is less than 1 minute walk to St Heliers Village which includes to the bus stop etc. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Quiet and private, comfy bed. Safe parking on the road in the immediate vicinity. I loved this place and would book again.

Great place to stay. The only downside early hours in the morning was loud crying and commotion coming from across the road in the reserve. Otherwise lovely place to stay.

We had a very nice stay at Gary’s place. Gary is super friendly and responsive and gave us heaps of tips for things to do. The washing machine and dryer and drying space on the deck were very helpful for us as we were in AKL for a sailing regatta. The home made bread, butter, jam and milk were a super nice touch. Thank you Gary for having us!

É um lugar muito aconchegante, limpo, organizado, bem equipado para qualquer necessidade ou imprevisto e com uma decoração linda que torna o ambiente ainda mais gostoso e harmônico. O Airbnb fica um pouco afastado do centro da cidade, mas é uma região maravilhosa e estruturada, com acesso fácil a restaurantes, centro comercial e parques. David foi muito atencioso em todos os momentos, tornando nossa estadia incrível. Recomendamos muito e gostaríamos de retornar um dia.

Comfiest bed and pillows I just wish I had a bedside table on my side of the bed

We had two wonderful nights in Wendy’s garden studio. It is very comfortable with the main bedroom/bathroom separate from the house and easily accessed via the driveway. Close nearby you have private use of a large well-equipped lounge/ kitchenette/ laundry . The location is perfect just a short walk to the main Devonport shopping area /harbour/ ferry wharf with many eateries etc. We loved it !

Excellent location, just in front of the Beach, 50m to the bus stop, quiet, clean and very comfortable bed.. all amenities as needed are provided. overall a very good choice if you do not want to live in the bustling city.. highly recommend.

This has to be one of my all-time favorite Airbnbs. The flat was absolutely beautiful—cozy, thoughtfully designed, and stocked with every amenity you could wish for. It truly felt like a home away from home. Nothing short of amazing. And Sandy was a fantastic host—responsive, kind, and there when we needed him.
