16th Century Bakery retreat in the Surrey Hills

The Bakery is in the quaint English village of Ockley surrounded by beautiful countryside and many footpaths for walking and cycling. You are close to Leith Hill, Pitch Hill and Holmbury Hill as well as the Vann Lake Nature Reserve. The space has been sympathetically restored to create a comfortable self-contained annex. Amenities include fridge, kettle and Iron + board. In the village there is a pub, a garage, shop, farm shop and train station. Please note some areas with low ceilings.

We are less than a minutes walk to the Downs Link which is popular with walkers and cyclists and a short distance to the Surrey Hills and the Cranleigh High Street. There is a One Stop convenience store and a kids playground within a short walking distance. Our little house has been newly renovated with an open plan kitchen/living area, a shared outdoor garden and free onsite parking for up to 3 cars.

The Drey, a pretty cabin in Surrey Hills AONB.

A luxurious, comfortable cabin under a mature oak tree at the bottom of a country garden. Wake up to wildlife on the terrace, watch the sunset by the fire, and fall asleep under star filled skies. Enjoy the BBQ or walk across the road to the cosy pub with fantastic food. Perfect for a romantic stay for two, or up to four guests with the very comfortable sofa bed. The Summer House

Enjoy a rural retreat in our recently renovated annexe. Situated in a small West Sussex village, 30 minutes from Gatwick and 55 minutes from Heathrow. The Summer House is separate and self-contained, with self-catering facilities and local amenities nearby. The property can sleep up to five guests and has a private patio overlooking extensive gardens. The area is in an ideal staycation location for walking and cycling.

Yard Farm Apartment

This is a peaceful self contained rural retreat which is situated above a working livery. Chickens and ducks roam free in the yard! A great place to switch off and relax. There are lovely pubs and restaurants nearby. Ewhurst village is a short walk away and Cranleigh village is a short drive away.
