Classic Georgian architecture, original panelling, fireplaces, stunning roll top baths and a wood burning stove combine with stylish fabrics and furnishings to create the perfect home from home.

Its own private 85m2 deck, covered hot tub with TV, in and outdoor speakers, gas bbq & large private gym. The Cabin is nestled away at the top of a hill in our rear garden backing onto woodland. There is a choice of colour scheme; pink or blue. Standard colour is pink but please message us in advance if you would prefer blue.

If you want to get away from your busy, daily lives, relax and unwind with the sound of birds in the background then this is the place for you. This is not the place for late night hot tub parties! You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

A brand new 3 bedroom modern house suitable for couples, families and friends to stay. The house is also ideal for golfers as we are near the Royal Cinque Port and Royal St. George’s. The house is situated in a new development called Pottery Grove and is a 6 minute walk to the station and the local supermarket. It’s a ten minute walk to the high street and sea front. The third bedroom has a single bed and a ‘bed in a box’. This is a unique pull out single bed, thus sleeping 2.

Inspired by Harry Potter and the Orient Express x Roll top bath with TV in the master bedroom, video gaming area in the drivers seat, wet room, formal dining area that converts to lounge and TV snug. Also a First Class waiting room outside for extra space for group activities! Fantastic views of the countyside and river, log burner, central heating, she is set up for use all year around - magical!

Oak Lodge @ The Oaks Retreat

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. It is The Oaks Retreat, WINNER of the Paris Design awards 2024 'best hospitality interior', an architecturally inspired bespoke woodland Airbnb located in the seaside town of Whitstable. The Oak Lodge offers 2 king size bedrooms fully customized with high-end finishes which to need to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. Our Wellness area is equipped with a log burning sauna, a cold plunge and outdoor shower.

One of the endearing barn's features is it's original varying ceiling heights. Please be mindful that the ceiling in the bathroom, bedroom and TV seating area are very low. (Some areas are 5ft7).
