This cosy self contained 1 bedroom unit is located on our family farm in the small rural town of Whorouly, in North East Victoria. Nestled on 54 acres of farmland, surrounded by cattle grazing the paddocks, with mountain views in the distance, we welcome you to come & experience the country lifestyle!

The Ruffled Rooster

A cosy unit that has everything you need but it's the seclusion shared with an olive grove ,sheep and poultry that is what makes this place unique. A true nature experience . Situated midway between Melbourne and Sydney it is ideal stop over. Ideally located to the snow, wineries, gourme region, lakes or for just chilling. A continental breakfast is included , fire pit, multiple walks and a home cooked menu. Pet friendly for well behaved pets. A $15 per pet per night. Also a spa. $35.

Tea Garden Creek Cottage

Located in the Milawa Gourmet Region, the cottage is ideal for visiting the King Valley wine region, Beechworth & Bright. From the comfort of the back verandah you will enjoy views of the olive grove & beyond the lawns to paddocks with sheep and lambs. Delights inside the cottage include a rainwater shower, bathtub, fireplace, an espresso machine & super comfy bed linens. Our recently renovated cottage loves the environment & uses rainwater, solar power & vintage European furniture.

River Tranquility - Peaceful - Close to Town

This is a lovely property located in a quiet court. It backs onto the Ovens River so the views are amazing with natural bush land which is seen through the lounge room and dining room windows. It has an open fireplace and ducted heating. In the main bathroom there is a bath spa. There are bikes to use on the scenic tracks along the river. If you're looking for a peaceful environment and like restaurants, cafes, hotels and shopping but still want the bush setting, this may suit you.

Conveniently located in the heart of Milawa, Karmala 1919 is a beautiful 100 year old heritage home for you to relax and unwind while exploring the Milawa Gourmet Region. Here you will find Brown Brother's cellar door and Epicurean centre at your door step, and close proximity to everything North East Victoria has to offer. It is also perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the views of the vineyard or the snow on the mountains in winter from the comfort of our property.

The Bungalow at Nunyara

Delightful Moyhu in the King Valley. Moyhu has a fantastic Country Pub, General store and delightful cafe. These are all in walking distance from Nunyara. The Moyhu Lions Club Market is held the third Saturday of every month. Moyhu is centrally located to all the major wineries Pizzinis, Chrismont Delzottos, Brown Brothers are all a short drive away. Super comfy King size bed, smart TV, Netflix, reverse cycle air conditioning, leather sofa, own bathroom and toilet.

Elmwood Cottage Farm Stay

Nestled in between the Great Alpine Road and the Snow Road in the heart of North East Victoria, Elmwood Cottage offers a quiet, spacious home away from home a little off the beaten path. Based on beautiful farmland it is perfect for exploring the King Valley and Beechworth wine regions, The Milawa gourmet region, Beautiful Bright and the Alpine valleys. The location also offers close access to the Ovens River and Murray to Mountains rail trail.

A two-level studio cottage in a gorgeous, cool climate garden: a perfect getaway for two. Beautifully refurbished. The cottage is self-contained and includes a queen bedroom opening to a private deck with barbecue overlooking our Open Gardens Victoria-listed garden. Downstairs is a sitting room, opening to a garden terrace, a separate kitchen with induction cooktop and bathroom. Beechworth, a historic, 19C, gold-era town, is 4km away.

Charming Edwardian Home, immaculate & central

Conveniently located just 500m from the centre of town, “GlwydVilla” is a beautiful 100 year old Edwardian home full of gorgeous original features. Newly renovated throughout this 2 bedroom home retains a traditional feel with 14ft pressed tin ceilings, original Murray Pine floors and restored fire place. Feel right at home with a fully equipped kitchen, beautifully styled bathroom and private little garden area.

The Linesman's Cottage

The Cottage makes a great base to explore Historical Chiltern and the surrounding regions of Rutherglen, Beechworth, Yackandandah and Chiltern-Mt Pilot National Park. Nestled behind the National Trust listed Post Office in Chiltern’s Historic Precinct, The Linesman’s Cottage has retained its rustic exterior, while the interior has been transformed into stylish and modern guest accommodation.

Moyhu Sunset Vista

Moyhu is located in the King Valley and situated ideally between Milawa and Whitfield which allows easy access to both these renowned wine producing areas. This peaceful accommodation is a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area .
