This spacious, three-floored home is filled with light and great for couples, families, business travelers, or solo adventurers. Relax in a country setting, centrally located to Vermont attractions. This private apartment in the trees boasts three beds and a full kitchen. With views of the Green Mountains, you will be a short drive away from quaint towns, skiing, breweries, hiking, and swimming. On the property, enjoy the fresh mountain air, changing leaves, and local flora and fauna. In summer, cool off after a hike or bike in the shared pool. In winter, you're 15 minutes to Mad River Glen and 30 to Sugarbush Ski Resort.

Lower Yurt Stay on VT Homestead

We are located in the hills of central VT, close to hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Unwind in the traditional Finnish Sauna, relax by the living pool, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. Our newly renovated condo has all that you need to unplug and relax, either for ski in and ski out, to enjoy summer at one of the many water holes or an adventurous mountain biking ride or the beautiful foliage during wedding season in Vermont. Perfectly situated, near restaurants, several walking distance like the renowned Chez Henri. Historic Warren is close by with one of our favorite restaurants and bars (Tracks) and of course Sugarbush base is walking distance (or ski “Out to Lunch” down)

Ahoy, ski enthusiasts! "Jack S'Bearo" - a renovated 1-bed, 1-bath on Pico Mountain, VT, offers an exhilarating ski experience steps from the lift and a shuttle to Killington Resort. The new kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and balcony make it a haven for relaxation. This ski on/ski off treasure boasts a cool design for easy access to the slopes. Grab your gear from the ski locker, step outside, and set sail to the lifts. Make "Jack S'Bearo" your pirate's cove, where adventure meets comfort!

Enjoy all the MRV has to offer in our renovated 2 Bedroom, 1 bath condo at the Bridges Resort. The Resort features two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, hot tub, indoor and outdoor clay and Har-Tru tennis and Pickleball courts, updated fitness center, volleyball, basketball, horseshoes, badminton and children's playground. Tennis lessons and clinics available on site. Both gas and charcoal grills are available. Two Fire pits located just outside outdoor. Plenty of convenient parking.

Come enjoy all Sugarbush has to offer with a stay in our newly constructed ski-in/ski-out condo. Conveniently located right off the "Out to Lunch" trail for effortless ski on /ski off adventures. Plus, it's merely a short 5-minute walk to the base lodge, where you can unwind after a day on the slopes. Gather around one of the inviting fire pits for some après-ski relaxation or return to the condo and bask in the warm glow of the gas fireplace. Your perfect winter getaway begins here!

Ideal location! Ski/bike/hike right from our front door, and also minutes to the best of Stowe restaurants, craft breweries, shopping, trails & swimming holes. We like staying in stylish boutique hotels, so we decorated our country home to feel like one. 3 bedrooms each on own level, two baths, spotless, stylish, foosball, strong Wi-Fi and cozy fireplace conversation pit - so nice for playing boardgames and watching movies. The Notchbrook Nook is nestled at the top of Notchbrook road in a group of condos that overlook beautiful views and is only minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. The pool is open for summer months until Labor Day & reopens in late November for ski season. The Matterhorn restaurant sits at the bottom of the road and is a must experience Aprés spot. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

Only 4 miles door to door from the condo to the mountain. Views of the tollhouse area directly from the living room deck! There are very few properties with closer access to the mountain than Notchbrook. Our location provides easy access to both the mountain with all its amenities, or to the town and surrounding areas.
