Leonard communicated promptly whenever we had a question and was understanding and flexible with the use of his property. All instructions were clear and straightforward. The property had a large outdoor yard and the location was excellent too - historic Wickford, an excellent grocery store (Dave’s), and the Wickford junction train station were easy drives away.

This was such a unique stay! My daughter and I came for a little getaway together. The house was immaculate and every little detail was thought of, down to spare toothbrushes in the bathrooms. We couldn’t recommend it more!

We had a great time! The place was nice, quiet, and clean. The view outside was amazing, and the hot tub was relaxing and easy to use. They even provided coffee and other amenities so make sure you don't overpack when you're bringing toiletries and groceries! They also have this cute little booklet by the front door to leave a message, and MAKE SURE to spend some time on the balcony at night, the view of the stars is unbeatable, me and my fiance spent an hour spotting constellations haha. Definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a quiet romantic getaway!

Joan and Chris’s place was awesome. Very comfortable and true to the photos and description. The area is picturesque and peaceful. We did a girls’ weekend and loved everything about it. We enjoyed using the hot tub. The center of Stonington is close by and has great restaurants and shops. Mystic is not much further and is a great destination. We highly recommend this listing.

Our stay could not have been better. Was the perfect place to stay to run the Newport marathon and we really enjoyed the cozy feel of the place. Everything was so clean and the yard was a great bonus in nice spring weather. Could not have asked for a better or more thoughtful host!

Wow! Everything advertised and more! If you're looking for peace of mind, and a relaxing trip, look no further. Besides being spotless and literally brand new, it couldn't be any easier to check in and settle in. The house was BEYOND well-stocked, down to Keurig machine with different flavors, all BBQ utensils and cooking utensils, games in the backyard, propane tanks supplied. Every detail was looked after & provided for. 5 Couples spe t a weekend and everyone had privacy and plenty of room. Even the bathrooms were large and well-stocked. Everyone throughly enjoyed the hot tub after getting back from the beautiful, local beach. Great restaurants nearby, and dont miss the ice cream place in nearby Wakefield! Host was only a text away and extremely responsive, can't wait to book again! Enjoy your relaxation!

Troy and Dana, you have a beautiful home; the house itself surpassed our expectations from the pictures. I have stayed in quite a few air b&bs on trips now and this one has by far got to be my favorite! It had all the amenities, it was super clean, it was private and relaxing, and overall gorgeous. The communication was excellent as well, and really thoughtful of you to let us do what we needed to do for our bachelorette weekend. The house even made it into our end of the trip highlights for the weekend!! We had a great stay and it’s a good location to drive into many different places around Rhode Island too. Thank you we loved it🩷
