Welcome to your private room overlooking the garden in our friendly shared home, a perfect base for events at the NEC or the city. We live in an Edwardian townhouse in a residential suburb of Birmingham with 2 cats. There's free street parking and easy train and bus links to the City Centre and Solihull. You can get to the NEC by bus in half an hour or by car in 20 minutes, or by train, if you change at Birmingham Moor Street then go to Birmingham International from Birmingham New Street.

Enjoy a stylish modern studio apartment in Birmingham. The entire apartment has a private self check-in entrance, access to your own amenities, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a comfortable new bed, for a restful night's sleep, with underneath storage. My place sits in great proximity to the public transport (5 min to the Longbridge train station and 2-3 min to bus stops) and to the Longbridge shopping centre with big Sainsbury's, M&S, Boots, Poundland, pubs, etc. You get the room with a double bed, access to the kitchen, shower room with a toilet in and 3 gardens around the house. In the kitchen use the fridge, microwave, washing machine (once a week if your stay lasts 7days or more), kettle. You get keys for the front door and your room.

A cosy bedroom on the first floor of our home with a private bathroom (not en suite), with shower and access to our kitchen, self-serve breakfast included. Short walk to railway and bus stations giving great access to the City Centre (10 minutes by train). Lidl 2 mins walk. 16min drive to Birmingham Airport. Short walk to Acocks Green Village Centre with a wide range of shops and restaurants. Please note we have a toddler born in April 2022 so cannot guarantee a completely quiet night!

Sutton Park is nearby, which is a beautiful, 2400 acre National Nature Reserve. There are buses and trains within a short walking distance, to Birmingham, Universities, NEC, Tamworth,Lichfield and more! I am easy going, and willing to help with any queries. I have 2 gorgeous well behaved and friendly cockapoo dogs.
