There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

Go wild swimming 10 steps away surrounded by nature.The open plan ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen , dining area and a generous living area and balcony .Its a five minute walk to Clashganny Hse. Restaurant and all the amenities of the river Barrow,including looped forest walks ,Go with the flow kayaking and swimming .

A beautiful traditional stone built barn converted into a contemporary/industrial/rustic living space with quirky touches. Located in the idyllic foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, on the Wicklow Way, it features an open plan kitchen/living/dining space, a mezzanine bedroom and a spacious wet room. An extension offers an additional boot room/bathroom and paved courtyard area. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Lainey's Place, Kilrane Rosslare, quiet & peaceful

Lainey's Place is a peaceful location beside St Helens Bay. Ensuite bedroom, large private sitting room with your own private entrance. Continental breakfast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, juice tea and coffee are provided. We are a stroll from the beautiful and quiet beach at St Helens bay and golf course. I teach Pilates, face yoga and offer a natural face lift massage in my studio on site for an additional fee. Friendly dog who will say hello, cats, chickens on site. Outside seating.

All our cabins combine modern finishes and rustic county charms. Be treated with all modern luxuries inside and outside, enjoy expansive yard, covered patio areas with private modern hot tubs, "Kamado" BBQ grills, fully stocked bar with taps of our home brewed IPA beer. Lovely old farmhouse with wood burning stoves and an aga, perfectly located for touring the south east or heading to the ferry.The main Waterford / Wexford road is just 5 minutes away (20 minutes to Wexford town) and the Enniscorthy bypass can be reached in ten minutes. The house is ideally situated for a quick stop heading to or from the ferry in Rosslare, as it is approx 30 minutes away , or stay a bit longer and see all that Wexford has to offer.
