I was so impressed by how clean the house was! I felt totally comfortable and there was plenty of space. There’s a nice little deck and it’s not a far drive from the heart of Athens. I had a lovely girls weekend and would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home in the trees! We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and Sam was extremely responsive and friendly. As a plus, it’s very close to the greenway. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was great. It’s a quiet neighborhood where you can safely go for walks and very close to downtown Monroe. The space was clean and well organized. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Teri's place was a dream! The unit overlooked the most beautifully landscaped zen garden with windchimes and was so peaceful! Also I loved how well it was stocked with everything you could think of including water, drinks, coffee even half n half in the fridge, breakfast bars, snacks etc! there was also a sound machine on the bedside table and a book listing the local recommended restaurants and things to do. She really thought of everything to make you feel at home and I would highly recommend her place!

I just want to say that everything was outstanding Deborah herself was outstanding we enjoyed our stay. It was pleasant and it felt just like home and I would recommend her to anyone as well as when I come back into Atlanta I will definitely make sure to give her dates ahead of time cause I will be returning

We enjoy staying here when we visit Athens because it is close to our daughter's house and is peaceful and well kept. We are basically there for coffee and sleeping so it is perfect. Coffee and supplies are provided and it is easy to find. The bed is comfortable, but TV is in the bedroom so it isn't good if one of you is a night owl. Everything was clean and ready for us for an early check-in.

This place was amazing. Me and my family felt right at home very spacious with huge backyard. We had a very lovely time and we will be trying to stay here again whenever we return to this area.

This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. We stayed for a convention and the OHCO was walkable as well as the square! great location, clean, and exactly like the pictures. would stay again!

The epitome of a semi-rural urban retreat on a lovely location. Great little spot with all the amenities one needs during a trip to Athens. Was easy to grab food and come back to enjoy a cold beverage with dinner. House has comfortable beds and great yard. Would book again in a heartbeat!

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! As a group of car enthusiasts, we loved the space—it was a great spot to take some amazing photos. The kitchen was top-notch, the bedroom was super comfortable, and the bathroom and backyard were just as impressive. The owner was incredibly helpful and even let us check in early, which we really appreciated. We didn’t realize there was a check-in time, but that was our mistake. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this place. Definitely coming back next time!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, the location was great, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommend!

Nice little place! We were able to get in and find the condo easily. I missed the notification from them asking when we would arrive, they reached out via text and everything worked out seamlessly. We were unable to use the amenities in the morning, no times were posted, the fitness center said 24 hours but the doors would not open with the key card, however it was open later in the afternoon. We had everything we needed at the condo, it was a short distance to downtown as advertised, just unfortunately through a section we did not feel comfortable walking so we drove. Appreciated how clean and well maintained it was!

Perfect location for visiting the UGA campus! Quick walk to campus. The condo was in perfect condition. I've stayed in MANY places in Athens and this was the best.

Great location, easy access to UGA, wonderful finishing touches. Nayla was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond. She was nice enough to leave some snacks for the kids and some drinks for the adults! Definitely recommend a stay!
