Very beautiful, peaceful and unique compared to the cookie cutter houses throughout the city. We had 2 ducks come visit us everyday at the backyard pool. Love the beds, best I've slept in a while! Awesome selection on cable channels.

We stayed here for a festival weekend with friends, and it was absolutely perfect! The space was cozy, clean, and exactly what we needed to unwind after long days out dancing and exploring. We felt totally safe and comfortable the entire time. Getting in and out was a breeze, and the location worked great for us. The host was kind, responsive, and welcoming — everything about this stay was easy and enjoyable. Would 100% stay again!

What a wonderful location in a rural setting. We were really surprised by the view, completely amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is super quiet and safe, but only 5 minutes from a 24 hour grocery as well as gas. We were in town for an event and it’s very convenient (20 minutes) to the convention center and Sundance square. House was clean and had plenty of everything we needed. AC and fans worked really well. Bathrooms are both very spacious! The big yard and pool are an incredible bonus that we enjoyed! Paula was a great communicator when I had questions. We will stay here the next time we are in town.

Huge apartment complex near the freeway next to storage units and office complex. close enough to chain restaurants and other basic amenities, but a bit of a drive to Stockyards and downtown. The foldout couch/bed is small and comparable to sleeping on the converted table in an RV. Definitely not comfortable for a large adult . We did not have time to use the community pool or clubhouse, but I looked nice. Overall, I would pick this place again over a chain hotel but it's pretty basic and similar experience.

Great host we had a delay getting into Dfw they responded to help with a question I had at 9pm picked up on the first ring. Very great host. Would definitely book again.

I thought this was a great place to stay with a responsive host. It wasn't until I received check out instructions that it finally clicked I wasn't having a personal experience with the host. While that experience colored the end of my stay in a way I didn't like, it didn't alter the fact that this place met my needs well.

Great location with easy access to cultural areas. Nice private location with a relaxing hot tub. Great for traveling professionals.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. This home is spacious and well stocked. Very quiet neighborhood with a peaceful view out the back of the house. I highly recommend Katherine's home.

This house was PHENOMENAL!! We couldn’t believe we got to stay here- there was so much room, and it was gorgeously decorated!! We kept joking that it didn’t seem possible that someone had a house better than this that they would want to rent this one out!!

Just as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, spacious. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space with views of beautiful horses. Exactly what we were looking for! We would love to visit again.

A terrific house, we had a great time staying here. The host was very responsive and helpful. Our family really enjoyed the pool and huge back yard. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

house has easy access to highway. Great location for our family in Trophy Club. 4 bedrooms accommodated our family. Well equipped kitchen for those who want to cook (but we didn't). Impressive full set of Kitchen Aid appliances. Plenty of linens. Beds are comfortable.
