The Hunter Valley vineyards start here, with Broke & Pokolbin vineyards 45 minutes away. We are a Haflinger Horse stud on 210 acres, with show jumping and eventing facilities. Great for couples and families, the Back Forty Solar Cottage is a fully featured off grid solar home with all of the comforts and space to relax.

Gymea Cottage - Pure Valley

Gymea Cottage is a two-storey cabin. The upper deck is independent of the lower floor & has a private bedroom, a lounge, a kitchen with a beautiful veranda between the treetops. The lower deck has a private bedroom, stunning verandah and views, but a more compact lounge & kitchen. You can indulge yourself in your own private spa and watch the stars. Idyllic location in a bush setting with lots of privacy! It is located on 126 acres of bushland with 3 other cottages spaced out on the property.

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. It is an easy 10 mins walk to Springwood township with its many cafes and restaurants and if you are driving, just a few minutes from the highway.
