Perry's Roost is a perfect base for exploring this beautiful area, with easily accessible walks and picturesque local towns. Catley is a walkers/cyclists paradise, multiple footpaths and quiet lanes in all directions from the door . Well behaved dogs very welcome but restricted to ground floor. You are 5 minutes walk to the Malvern Festival Theatre, Malvern Hills and the towns, bars, restaurants, and shops. The 3 Counties Showground is just 10 minutes drive, as is the Morgan Factory.
