Our unique village hosts Wellington's best bakery and Chocolatier! Grab a bite and a beverage here or jump on a bus heading into the city.

Centrally located , this warm & sunny studio is easy walking distance from the best that the city has to offer, and a short drive to airport & ferries. I'm an architect, and originally designed the studio as a workspace at the rear of our home for my photographer husband, Ian. We've recently converted it to a self-contained dwelling, so we can share what we love about the city. Cafes, shops & restaurants, walks around the harbour & hills - It's all within easy reach, or just sit back & relax.

One of Wellington's most photographed buildings. Secure keypad entry provides 24/7 access to your private space. You will be occupying the entire top floor, take the stairs or the lift that opens into the 80 square metre apartment. Two minutes walk to Courtenay Place, Te Papa, Tākina Conference Centre and the waterfront, it's perfectly placed for exploring Wellington on foot. After dark the entertainment quarter and some of Wellingtons best restaurants are at your doorstep.

It's a walk up to a special view of Wellington

Nestled against the bush just above our home, our studio offers an amazing view of Wellington Harbour. Reaching it requires a brief uphill walk, but for those who enjoy the outdoors and don’t shy away from a little exercise, the reward is well worth it. The breathtaking views and cosy accommodation make the effort part of the experience. That said, if you prefer level access or are travelling with particularly heavy luggage, our studio may not be the best fit.

The Barracks

WELCOME TO THE BARRACKS THE OLD MT COOK POLICE STATION We hope you will love staying in this historic building just as much as we do. The Barracks was the original Mt Cook police station, built in 1894. It has a lot of history and we are very proud to be the caretakers of this property. Just minutes away from some of the best eateries and venues in Wellington. Parking for 4 cars.

Fully renovated apartment, 2 minutes walk from Oriental Bay beach. Featuring a large open-plan dining area and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus a sun-filled private outdoor courtyard. The guest suite (2 guests) is a private wing of the house with its own courtyard entrance. Free parking is available. The suite overlooks the garden and the courtyard where you can relax in privacy and enjoy the sun in the afternoons.The neighbourhood enjoys plenty of birdsong in the mornings and evenings.
