Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

In 15 Minuten seid ihr zu Fuß am Alpsee und am Aufstieg zu den Schlössern. Bei uns starten viele schöne Wanderungen/ Radtouren. Schwangau ist 2,6 km, Füssen 4,2 km entfernt.

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

Mit fantastischem Blick auf die Berge beginnt der Tag schon vom Bett aus und endet entspannt auf dem gemütlichen Balkon, wer will auch in der Hängeschaukel. Egal ob zu Fuß, mit dem Schlitten, mit den Langlauf Ski oder per Rad kann direkt am Haus losgelegt werden.

Direkt in der Ortsmitte am Bodensee-Königsee Radweg zwischen Lindau und Oberstdorf gelegen. Ein idealer Ausgangsort für alle Aktivitäten. Eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit besteht im Ort am "Regiomat" dort besteht 24h die Möglichkeit Milch, Eier, Fleisch und Getränke zu beziehen sowie am Samstag beim Bäcker im Ort. Der nächste kleine Laden ist 2 km entfernt.
