Beautiful place, well appointed, comfortable and great location. Very close to the beach. Gorgeous beach and surroundings. Loved having our coffee and meals on the screened-in porch.

Awesome Host! We were very pleased with the property. The furnishings were well thought out. It was minimalist while feeling warm and inviting at the same time. It was well-maintained and the surrounding property was very nice. We felt at home in the property and area. Small convenience stores (DT, FD, DG) were all within 1-2 minutes driving and so much more anywhere from 5 minutes or more. It worked out very well for us. *It is on the second floor (we liked that), but just a heads up in case stairs are challenging for you or someone traveling with you. As a host - very responsive, great instructions and clear rules. We definitely recommend this property and host, and we would book again.

Great stay! Easy to get to and get around, very walkable. Felt safe walking around and is very close to king street and lots of bars/restaurants. Had no issues with noise. Tyler has a great restaurant rec guide and was happy to provide additional rec’s when I asked/told him what i am looking for. Did all 3 he recommended and all 3 were spot on. Would recommend!

We stayed in Robert’s private guest suite for one night and it was perfect, had everything we needed. The suite was spacious and a great and comfy place to crash before our early morning flight out of Charleston. Would definitely stay again!

My Mom and I just had a lovely trip visiting Charleston and Susan’s place was a great stay for our girls trip. Perfect for two people, the house was super clean when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, and the location we felt was in a great place for everything first timers or returning people to Charleston need. We didn’t drive more than 15-30 minutes to most locations (downtown, beaches, surrounding islands). The bed was spacious and comfortable, and was a cozy space. We were super happy with our stay!! The busy intersection right outside the house wasn’t bad and not noisy at night. You are in a duplex and the neighbors were respectful and quiet. The house sits right next to a beautiful golf course. We loved our trip and Susan’s bungalow was definitely a factor!

Very clean, nice place. We had a rental car so the off-street parking was helpful if a little tight. It was a restful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen was very clean and had the basic dishes and utensils. You will need to bring your own breakfast foods and coffee pods as none are provided. One bath is modern and spacious and one is smaller with a lovely old clawfoot tub which is high and might be a challenge for gettin in and out for some people. We did enjoy our four night stay and would recommend it to others.

The place is beautiful and cozy, and in a nice neighborhood. The host is very kind, welcoming, and was very responsive! highly recommend!

Nice and clean, simple check in/out process, and overall a great experience. The pool and gym are great amenities (we actually wish we’d stayed an extra day just to have a pool day). The area isn’t anything to write home about, but it’s a quick drive to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved the home, it was perfect for two families to share for a swim meet weekend. It was super close to the pool and plenty of restaurants close by! The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, it was great, just wish we could’ve spent more time there!

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Laurence's for 4 nights. The neighborhood was quiet, family-friendly, and conveniently located to downtown Charleston with easy access to highways (airport, beach, and beyond!). Laurence and her family live next door, so we knew if we needed anything, she would be available. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with nice utensils, glassware, plates, etc., without the clutter or used items we often encounter in other Airbnb's. Thank You, Laurence, for the bowl of fresh fruit, the welcoming note, and the bag of Starbucks Dark Roast! Though we only used one bedroom, the primary bedroom was spacious (with a couch), and the king-sized bed and bedding were very comfortable. We liked having the screened windows so we could enjoy the nightly breeze! The central A/C was nice, too, when needed. The bathroom (including towels) was clean, and the shower fit our needs. Should we return to Charleston, we would stay with Laurence again. :-)

Great place to stay in North Charleston. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Nearby restaurants were easy to access and the patrons were very friendly. Felt right at home coming from Wilmington, NC. The house was very clean and quaint. We enjoyed lazy mornings with coffee on the back deck. Great location for a dog even though we did not bring ours. Responsive hosts. Would stay again.

This is a cozy, functional space in a neighborhood with three comfortable bedrooms, two with attached bathrooms - exactly as advertised. Our hosts were kind and attentive, and I recommend this listing.

We had such a great time here for a long weekend getaway. Our family had plenty of space in a great location. We loved walking into Folly Beach daily for lunch and not having to use a car. Kevin’s place was the perfect mix of beach and privacy. We’ll definitely visit again.

Found most things to be within 15-20 mins of location with easy access to freeways. Pleasant neighborhood.. felt very safe.

Great view of the beach, walking distance to all the restaurants. Great communication from the host. Highly recommend. The wood floors do have a sound as you walk on them, but didn’t really bother us.

We are property owners in Wyndham Ocean Ridge, and are very familiar with the various condo groups in the resort. This particular unit was just what we needed for some overflow space for family members. It was tastefully decorated, super clean, and pretty spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. We have found that Driftwood can be hit or miss, but this unit exceeded our expectations. The owner was so very responsive and accommodating, and she covered everything in her detailed messages. It's always good when a condo has been renovated with nice bathrooms and kitchen appliances:) The only drawback was the noise level from the upstairs rental, which was addressed. That does happen when properties are not on the top floor...but so worth it in terms of the open floorplan of second floor condos in this complex. We will definitely consider this unit again when we need extra space for guests! Thanks, Dawn!

This was an ideal place for a short weekend getaway. It was so relaxing and had a good time watching the golfers as they went by. It was a short drive to beach access and restaurants.

The location was perfection, right near pool and playground. Easy walk to beach. The house thought of everything, appliances for kitchen, towels for indoor use, and was clean.

We loved staying at Michaela’s place! It was very central to everything we wanted to do in the area. She was very responsive and helpful along with wonderful southern hospitality! Amazing place. Highly recommend!!!!!!

It was a wonderful place to stay! We had a great trip! Our place was perfectly located where we were a 5 minute drive from everything! Definitely will be back!
