It has a bathroom, lounge area and courtyard area that the sliders open up to. It has mini cooking facilities with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. It's a 3 minute walk to the beach, Henley Square which is abundant with restaurants and a hotel all overlooking the beautiful Henley Beach. Many buses to the city and from the city the bus drops across the road.

Beach House 3 is absolute beach front, ground floor apartment, NO stairs, own lawn area. Great Location to watch the sunset. Outdoor entertaining, with own B'B'Q facilities. West Beach is an easy stroll to Glenelg to the South & Henley Beach in the other direction. Easy access to beach for any fitness levels and or disabilities.

We offer a picturesque location just 900 mts from the beach and cafes, in the heart of beautiful Grange, with the train a 5 min walk away - 20 mins to CBD. The studio is equipped with a mini fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee pod machine, and microwave - there is no oven - but please feel free to use the BBQ for cooked meals.
