You have exclusive use of this spacious property and outdoor terrace with fabulous sea and golf course views. Mumbles village is a brisk 20 minutes walk. The house is family-friendly, dog friendly and great for friends to get together, but please no loud parties.

It has a well-equipped kitchen, the dining area caters up to 6 persons and the spacious lounge offers a comfortable seating area with electric fire and Smart TV. A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The property comfortably sleeps four, has delightful gardens and oozes charm and character. Village amenities such as an artisan bakery, independent shop/ cafe and heritage centre are all within a three or four minute walk.

Located just a few minutes away from Mumbles, our lovely little bungalow is the perfect getaway. Light, airy and modern. Restaurants, parks, beaches, shops, bars and lots more close by. A short walk down to Mumbles promenade and onto the seafront. We hope you enjoy staying here as much as we have. We are huge dog lovers, so if you have a well behaved pooch please don't leave them behind, they are welcome too! It is gated and fully enclosed, with a private driveway.

There is off road parking and an EV charger for which usage is billed at the end of the stay, if appropriate.

The cosy living room has seating for 5 people, a smart television, a docking Bluetooth station and a wood burner.
