There are stairs that must be navigated into this unit!!! The bedroom is on the 3rd floor. Strict quiet hours 9p-8a and no loud music, yelling, etc anytime time of the day. Beautifully renovated 1870’s duplex, 5 mins from Purdue. This is the upstairs unit. It has its own entrance, outside stairs the come to a private balcony. This a NO smoking unit. Dogs welcome, 30lbs and under allowed with some breed restrictions. BEFORE BOOKING, you MUST inquire about your pet to make sure it is okay. This is a 2 guest unit. Sorry, no cats.
