Bring your side by side or snowmobiles and leave from the cabin to access miles of trails both locally and in the Tug Hill region. 3 mi. from the cabin is a superb 18 hole well maintained golf course. After a fun day of riding, hiking, biking or kayaking relax in the woods around a cozy fire.

Amazing Tree House on Black River Near Old Forge

Perched in privacy on the Black River is a rustic Tree House designed for adults only who are looking to be off the grid and connect with Mother Nature. Glamping at its best! The very private Tree House is perched on a hill overlooking the peaceful river. The quaint treehouse has five sides of glass and screens to view the river. This is built around trees but you enter from ground level. A power pack is available to charge cell phones and make coffee. Relax by a campfire at river's edge.

In addition to this residence, St. Drogo's house has a coffee roastery / coffee bar as well as an artisanal bakery located on the first floor. The master bathroom can be accessed from the hallway as well. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room has a pull out bed as well.

Snowmobiling trails and quad runner trails run for hundreds of miles. The woodsman festival in Booneville in August, fishing almost anywhere with the huge salmon run on the Salmon River and tributaries in October, November and Steel Head fishing in Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb and March and beginning of April being the best.

Your Nest in the Woods Treehouse is a great place for adults to feel like a kid again and to unwind in the woods or down by the water! A cozy get-away for couples, or small group get together! (The Nest is not suitable children or pets). The tree house has front and back decks. Under the treehouse is a sheltered picnic table area, propane grill, and a wood fire pit and outdoor games. Hang out by the overlook and enjoy the view or follow trail down to Fish Creek water access.

Rivers and Lakes to kayak, canoe, fish or swim in are in abundance here. You can also just relax!
