Moments from the beach our holiday home is a cosy, well equipped, 3 bedroomed 35 ft static caravan with leisure decking. Sited in a quiet location on West Mersea's Waldegraves Holiday Park. Beautiful sea views, amazing sunsets and a private garden to unwind and relax in. The Park's facilities/entertainment for families are near at hand. Seafood has been Mersea's speciality since the Roman times. Colchester, a short drive away offers a wide variety of leisure and entertainment venues.

The Moorings: 3 bed house in historic Lane.

Located in the historic and picturesque Anchorage area of beautiful Mersea Island the house is in a quiet and tranquil lane, with the sea a moments distance away. 50 Yards at the end of the lane turn left for pubs and restaurants and turn right to find the sea wall, with opportunities for bird watching and scenic dog walks. The property sleeps 5/6 people and has an enclosed garden with seating and bbq, there is also a large lockable shed for any outdoor equipment.

Idyllic house and gardens on estuary

A beautiful large farmhouse, dating from approximately 1600 and listed Grade II, in acres of idyllic gardens and overlooking a mile-wide river estuary. There is direct access from the bottom of the garden onto the ‘sea wall’ along the river, for walks and wonderful birdwatching. There is a duckpond (fenced) by the house and chickens (collect the eggs), and a large summerhouse with veranda in the garden, as well as a paddock of alpacas!

Island Cottage

Nestled in arguably the nicest area of the island. Moments from the beach and waterside and only a short stroll to the village shops or waterside restaurants including the famous Company Shed (lobster, prawns etc). This lovely old cottage with wifi has many original features but feels like a beachhouse, enjoy the lovely garden for dining outside on the terrace. With 2 bedrooms sleeping 4 people this cottage is ideal for 2-4 people.
