My engineers have been staying here on and off for months now. Absolute place if choice for them always when working in the area due to the amenities provided. Always also never had any issue with regard to check in, check out or with any of the various properties I book offered by the host in the area.

Jan and Mark’s annexe was absolutely perfect, clean, welcoming, bright and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed and more and the location was fantastic for a local wedding. Jan was quick to respond and kind, we felt like welcome friends staying. I couldn’t recommend the annexe more, just perfect!

Number 12, good to see new sofa and cooker, fridge. freezer would be handy. No plug in sink so difficult to wash up! Bathroom needs repairs, tiles off, leak stain on ceiling, shower screen leaked. Which means water on floor. Please paint stairwell it’s scruffy as you enter, it lets it down. You need to install WiFi please.

This was a great place to stay for cheap central accommodation. I stayed for a university course - clean comfy bed and shared kitchen ( you get your own fridge and utensils in a locked cupboard) the gym / sauna steam and yoga room were an added bonus. Some slight noise in the early hours.. but to be expected in student halls.. nothing major.. I would definitely stay again!

The retreat is in a beautiful location , surrounded by hills, countryside and lovely walks. The property was beautifully clean and welcoming and the swimming pool is an amazing facility. Everything was perfect , and we will definitely be back.

We booked a stay at Liberty because we were in between house moves. The staff were friendly on check-in and reception were always receptive and quick to assist. The apartment could do with a little updating. Specifically the sofas are too large for the lounge space and uncomfortable smaller ones like ones in reception would suit much better. The other apartments looked a little glossier, perhaps we were given this one due to a longer stay. There is no WiFi provided and signal is not great so an option to assist guests with getting online might be a good idea. WiFi is available over in the leisure space however. We had to call maintenance once or twice but found them extremely helpful and sorted the issue within minutes. The communal hallway could do with carpet tiles being sorted out they are lifting and could’ve a trip hazard. Other than a few small tweaks our stay was great and we would like to Thank all staff for their help and especially Steve for jump starting the van

I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Jennifer's place is good and convenient. Communication with her was smooth and pleasant.

Quick responses from the host. Felt safe in the property. Able to communicate easily with host. Very welcoming leaving a gift box with some snacks as well as a few items in the fridge. Property was clean and towels were clean and prepared. Garden taken care of.

A beautiful house with a huge garden in a peaceful village. Lots of playgrounds for toddler and older kids (inc in the garden) and close to a reservoir (for runs/walks) and a short drive to Coton Manor (flamingos!). Harley was also very responsive when we had questions.

Ayman was helpful and kind . It’s a reasonable price for my purposes and a location.

Excellent host with clear instructions and quick responses. The accomodation was even bigger than we thought, very spacious with everything we needed for a great stay

We absolutely loved our stay. Stunning house in a beautiful setting. We loved the quirkiness of the house and tasteful decor. We enjoyed the sauna, beautiful bathtub and movie room. Breakfast in the morning in the dining room with sun streaming through the open doors looking out to the garden. We were so sad to only be staying one night. We will definitely be back xx
