Amazing views of the beach from two of the bedrooms. We loved the outdoor space and the garden furniture. House is lovely, and we’d definitely book again!

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

This little place was cute and cosy, situated at the end of Christine’s garden. I chose this place as I was attending Southend dog training which took around half an hour to get to from where I was staying. It had everything I needed. The place was clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was good. She had Sky Q set up so you could watch films and normal tv. This place was situated 5 minutes away from a marsh/field area where you could walk your dog which was handy. There was a premier shop which was just at the end of the road and there was a lovely breakfast place called Oliver’s which was 10 minutes away by car where you can sit outside with your dogs and £3 parking right outside. Christine’s place was very handy and she was a lovely host. I would highly recommend this place.

We had an amazing week in Whitstable. As a young family that are fond of activities and food being near the centre of Whitstable and the beach was perfect. Sara was super friendly and helpful. She lent us crabbing nets and a barbecue. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Thank you!

We had a lovely New Years stay. Sally was a fantastic host & provided all the information we required. She let us know that we could check in early which was great. It's very hard to add anything new to the previous fantastic reviews. The cottage was spotlessly clean & furnished with high spec items. All the personal touches were lovely such as provisions & the personalised tennis balls for our dogs. The location is fantastic for walks, cafes & restaurants. Hopefully we can make a return visit soon.

This is a brilliant little find. One street over from the beach, two mins walk to the Old Neptune and only a minutes walk from Whitstable Highstreet. The cottage is clean and cosy, tastefully curated. The kitchen is small but well equipped, we had no problem cooking a full Sunday roast. And the owner was really responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Barry was very friendly and helpful and the accommodation is clean and very local to Leysdown and sea front. Lots of little things to make the stay better, such as, a fan / firs, ample seating indoors and outdoors and cleaning materials if needed or wanted.

Julian and Clare’s cottage is beautiful and in a great location. It was immaculate on arrival and the host had kindly left fresh bread, jam, coffee, butter and juice which was an unexpected treat! The view from the balcony is stunning. We found the house really comfortable and the children loved it. There are loads of great places to eat or get coffee in walking distance; The Hatch, Osborne’s. The Peterboat did a good kids meal and were super friendly. We also walked along the beach to Southend Pier. We would love to stay here again!

First time in Whitstable. Pearson Cottage was ideally located close to town centre and public car park just next door. WARNING - Car Parks run by Canterbury City Council are very expensive in Whitstable and free parking spaces are hard to come by. Plenty of nice restaurants and pubs to pass the time away in :). The Cottage was just right for the two of us with all that we needed - comfortable, quiet and well looked after. Easy sea front walking to our favourite haunt, "The Old Neptune" - definitely coming back to Whitstable in the not so distant future.

This was an excellent location for us to spend a long weekend with our children and grandchildren to celebrate Mother’s Day. Our party consisted of 6 adults, one infant and 2 babies. The layout of the property was ideal for our requirements. The large kitchen/diner and living room were great spaces for our communal needs, while the two large( one equipped with TV) and one small bedroom were perfect when privacy and downtime was required. The large bath in one of the bathrooms was a great bonus for bathing the babies. The property was uncluttered and all the furniture and appliances were modern and high end, providing a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Lyn/Jamie gave prompt and detailed information on suitable places to celebrate Mother’s Day prior to us before finalizing our booking. We tried a few of these during our stay and endorse the recommendations made. Will definitely consider again for future celebrations/long weekends and recommend to friends.

So quick to respond to any concerns I had. The house was clean with so much activities to do in and out the house.

we had a lovely stay at Rosemary's Retreat. Very comfortable and quiet, away from main road. There was plenty of tea and coffee, including a coffee machine with Tassino pods. Rosemary was very welcoming, a first class host. we would definitely stay here again

Great place to stay out of the hustle & bustle of Whitstable but a gorgeous walk in along the beach / coast walk - flat and easy for all. Really enjoyed staying in this area - lovely houses and beach feels very private. Plus the house is 3 houses down from the sea and upstairs bedrooms have great seaview. Very sociable space - 4 couples stayed and we had so much room to cook, eat & sit and the garden is a bonus.

From the very start, Angela was very communicative. She sent a list of restaurants, cafes, places to see, things to do, which was very helpful. The house was even better than we thought. Although the pictures look great, in person our expectations were exceeded. We travelled with 3 x under 5's and were chuffed at the fact that there were toys hidden in every nook and cranny. We even spent longer in the house than we thought we would because they were so well-entertained. There were little elements of detail too, with a fully equipped kitchen (particularly the fridge, pantry), some coins for the pinball and retro machines and a sign welcoming us. The location was phenomenal - literally a 3 min walk to the beach, and a 1-2min walk to the first coffee shops. Aldi was round the corner which was also super convenient. There was also on street parking, but when it was full, we parked in the pub next door. We have no complaints whatsoever and are already planning our return!

We had a lovely time at Jamie’s place. Jamie was very responsive host and we didn’t have to wait long for his response. Place is greatly located close to town and beach. Rooms are beautiful and house has a fantastic feel.The only thing we would recommend perhaps more kitchen utensils and extra bowls,pots and pans for larger groups. Thank you so much for having us and we will definitely be back soon 🙏🏻

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The house is enormous yet homely, beautifully appointed and with the most breathtaking views. The pool and spa are an added bonus and the path down to the beach / estuary is gorgeous. All in all an absolutely fabulous place and we will be back. Thank you xxx

I wouldn’t want to spoil the wow factor for anyone else so il do my best not to ramble on….. I personally love the East Kent Coastline and there’s so much to do and see in this particular area, as you are spoilt for choice with restaurants and plenty of activities. This Airbnb is conveniently placed right opposite Margate main sands beach, and right behind it you have Dreamland. The property is also not far from Margate old town where there are plenty more shops, galleries, cafes, restaurants, and pubs to choose from. We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was found clean, and Amy was a pleasant host from start to finish with excellent communication. Every detail about this property has been carefully thought out and you can see and feel that the minute you enter.

Great house for our family holiday - lots of space, comfortable and amazing views! Lots to do in the surrounding area too - enjoyable walks into Herne Bay and Reculver a highlight for us. Maggie was responsive and helpful throughout.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.
