Mario’s place was exactly what I needed. I am a super host so I am very picky when choosing a spot. The apartment was simple, cozy and relaxing - which was what I wanted. Mario was also very helpful with food delivery recommendations so I could be intentionally lazy :) Great place overall and great host.

Such a beautiful apartment from the decor and interior which creates a relaxed feel. The pictures and description is a true reflection of the place, the amenities in apartment was great and useful. Claudine is an amazing host her communication before my holiday and during was great and replies were always prompt. I enjoyed my stay with only a 2min walk to the beach, this was a key location with beach access. Restaurants and places to visit, I would recommend this place and would love to stay in the future. The place was as described — very comfortable and spacious with well-designed, modern interiors. The location was ideal for someone who wants to be central to the town with restaurants and taxis nearby. It was a short drive to either the West End or to the end of the stretch of the Seven Mile Beach. I also appreciated the welcome snacks and water. I would recommend this place as your home away from home when visiting Negril.

We found paradise! If you are looking for a private beach, you will love this place! It's at the end of 7 mile beach, which you can easily reach by foot, where you can find restaurants and bars. Note: access to beach not suitable for kids as you are crossing hedo club beach. We loved the house, it's in a small comunity with great neighbours, really fun but quiet. You can snorkel just around the beach or if you dare swim to booby cay, great snorkeling. Mirelle is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again, thank you!

I love this small home away from home! As soon as I arrived Sharon helped me with transportation details and everything regarding my arrival. She has a lovely property manager who usher me around the first two nights to help me get the few things and meals I needed without calling a taxi. Walking distance to the beach and a great restaurant for all meals. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and great people. The Airbnb, the cleanliness and hospitality was exactly what was expected plus more! Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I will certainly be back and recommend this place for anyone solo traveling or who wants a neighborhood feel away from the busy streets of Negril.

Had a great stay! The place was clean and exactly as described. We felt very safe throughout our stay, and the view of the ocean was beautiful. It’s extremely close to 7 Mile Beach, which made everything super convenient. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Mr Moses was very respectful and responsive, provided a lot of resources and recommendations regarding restaurants etc. check in was very easy and the place matches the website description.whenever I reached out to him with a question, he immediately responded. Would definitely recommend.

What a wonderful place to stay. The beach was beautiful and close to room. The beach house grounds are lovely, majestic and had the most beautiful landscaping. Our room was large and private. The bed was a bit hard for our taste. But the kitchen was well equipped and we only have good things to say. Thank you

Felt right at home. The space is modern, new and clean. I had a good night sleep and was totally comfy during my entire stay. Would definitely come again and recommend others coming to Negril area.

It’s very rare to find accommodations that actually look and feel like the photos/descriptions, offer privacy, and also have a host that treats us superbly. Erica was an exceptional host. She was graceful when showing us around, VERY communicative anytime we reached out to her, and she even allowed us to partake of the ackee that was on the tree in the yard. Maxwell was also very accommodating with our check-in time, and we appreciate that from him very much. We were able to have the island experience, while still enjoying our “home” life. Staying at this Airbnb was basically our little home away from home, and I can’t thank you enough for your amazing hospitality to me and my family. If you find yourself in need of a place to stay, I highly recommend this Airbnb. You will NOT be disappointed.

Our family of 4 (2 teens) loved the home. Lots of relaxing spaces for us adults and a ‘selfie’ dream canvas for our girls. Home was clean and felt like our home away from home. The yard/garden spaces were magical! We spent many mornings and evenings listening to the waves and watching the sunset. The private pool and beach area was gorgeous. Our late mornings/early afternoons were spent at the pool/beach (there is a little jungle just outside the clubhouse with a little path to the ‘other side’ easily walkable. Lots of exploring to be had there, as well as shops and food) with our evenings spent exploring Jamaica - enjoying the amazing food and exciting activities. We had a wonderful time. Laura - you knocked it out of the park! This one will be hard to top!

Jeffrey’s place was the perfect place for us to unwind and simultaneously entertain our 2 young children. Everyone loved the variety and proximity of Villa Sweet J to the enormous communal swimming pool, as well as to the gorgeous local + neighbouring bay. The villa has everything you need to cook good food (e.g. pots & pans, appliances, utensils etc.), but you might be tempted to take Selina up on her offer to prepare lovely Jamaican food for you. Such a treat. The bedrooms are equipped with comfy beds and near-blackout curtains, and the temperature throughout the villa was always cooling. Everything was just wonderful, not to mention easy: no problem, mon! On top of the house itself, Jeffrey & Joy have a fantastic network of people in the form of Selina (housekeeper & chef) and Rashawn + Jermaine (drivers) to make your stay extra special. A big THANK YOU to them and hopefully we will lucky enough to stay at Villa Sweet J again.

This property was phenomenal. The space looked exactly like the photos and the host was very responsive and friendly. The property is very clean, spacious, comfortable and well organized. We felt very safe staying here for a few nights. I would highly recommend it.

We had the most unforgettable stay at this breathtaking Home! It was our first real vacation as a little family, my fiancé, our 6-month-old baby, and I and this place couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views and peaceful surroundings. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly cozy, every little detail felt thoughtful and welcoming. It was baby-friendly too, which made things so much easier for us as new parents. Waking up to the ocean view overlooking the Caribbean sea each morning was magical, and we loved relaxing on the patio by the pool in the evenings to watch the sunset. Jenniel was amazing—responsive, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She had a crib for our baby upon arrival! thank you Jenniel!!! This trip gave us memories we’ll treasure forever. As we were on the island to Christen our baby girl and celebrate life with our family and friends!! We'll be back

Our stay at this Airbnb was exactly what we needed to relax and unwind. The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and inviting, it truly felt like a home away from home. Perfectly located in the middle of everything, it gave us the peace of being tucked away while still making it easy to get around. The AC worked perfectly, the hot water was available when needed, and having access to Prime movies was definitely a plus for downtime. The balcony was an added bonus — perfect for sitting outside, enjoying long conversations, or just taking in the fresh air. It was a lovely stay overall, and we would definitely return.

I loved staying at point village! this place is a gem and gives you the opportunity to get a real feel of Negril. such a comfy bed with a great view, and the snorkeling! will definitely be back and hope to stay here again :)! thanks Brandon and Sophia for everything.

This property is truly amazing. From checking in instructions to description of location , everything was timely and accurate. The room was absolutely ideal for my wife and I. Looking at the ocean from the deck, is an absolute blessing. Especially for the breath taking sunsets at night as the deck is facing west. The walk to the beach is literally minutes from the door to a beach chair. The beach is serene and calm, and during our time there, not very busy. In terms of local restaurants, all extremely good with lots of local options to choose from. A negative i do say about the restaurants, and this is absolutely out of Carlton's control, sometimes they bring people from the local all-inclusive resorts to the local restaurants, and they can really pack the place up and bring unpleasant attitudes. Again, nothing to do with Carlton or the property, just thought it was worth mentioning. We chose to rent a vehicle while we were there, and loved the freedom it provides.

The place is perfect for people who just want to relax, private beach large pool and a short walk to what we thought was the no. 1 beach , Bloody Bay beach . The snorkeling was amazing saw everything from sharks, stingrays, moray eels, fish of every kind and even caught a lobster and crab by hand . Don't be bashful ask people for anything they all want to help you have a great stay . We found out from a resident that you could have meals delivered to you also there was a farmer that came and had fresh vegetables and fruit on Mondays and Fridays. It was awesome. They say taxi's and restaurants are expensive, not really it's comparable to most places around the world. Are we coming back " YEAH MON " we are already looking into it for next year we totally recommend this place. Great place for long stays we stayed 63 days loved every minute.
