It is in a private gated area that is located on Shoals creek, A Great place for fishing, kayaking, wading in the water or just sitting back in jacuzzi , watching the Eagles soar by. Two beds; a queen in the Loft(access to loft is by attics stairs~375lb rating) and a twin downstairs. There is also a large pillow-back couch.
