The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. Welcome to Coconut Lagoon, your perfect luxurious vacation home nestled in the quaint community of Casa La Playa and is steps away from sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. The home is decorated throughout with nautical decor and equipped with everything you need to for a perfect beach getaway; including a full size washer & dryer. Relax in the Hottub overlooking the sunrise and beat the heat in the community pool! Only a 2 mile drive to the nearest beach access point!

Corpus House

**No pet fees** Private 2-bedroom home with a queen-size bed in each bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 is fully private and the other is partially private. This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.
