Lakeside RV & Cabin Rentals is in Camden, Alabama within 10 miles of theAlabama River and Lake Dannely.

Dark Sky Field

I found Murchison Farm when doing a search for dark sky areas for telescope viewing, and this spot did not disappoint. Very low light pollution (Bortle Scale 2 based on the dark sky map I use), and the field I was in had a very big sky/low horizon- which is what I was hoping for. I was only able to stay one night and had some clouds form late, but had some great views including the NEOWISE comet.
