Two minutes walk from the marina with fantastic sea views, ours is a lovely home from home for individuals, couples or families, wishing to stay in the centre of this pretty coastal village. It is an unusual oak beamed maisonette on the 1st and 2nd floors of a 19th century building and not suitable for people who cannot manage steep stairs. We have 3 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a living/dining room with sea views, an office for home working and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Enjoy views from the middle and top floor overlooking the 17th century Gosling Bridge and the ‘Lynch’ where the waterway divides to service the town mill. 4-minute walk to the beach, artisan shops & high street.
