This Beautiful Cozy cottage is located in the small town of Post City Texas. Located a few blocks from downtown and walking distance to a local United Grocery store. The Cottage is a small house, with a queen size bed, side table, dresser, a side chair and an Armoire. The Bathroom is small, but has a large walk in shower. The kitchen is set up with lots of cabinets and comes complete with a small table and 2 stools, it has a large refrigerator, an apartment size stove and a Microwave

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located home. Just 3 blocks from local favorites Brûlée Bakery, Good Line Brewery, Capital Pizza and J&B Coffee, and only 10 blocks from TTU. This is an apartment located behind our main house. Private. The apartment is separate from the main house, fully furnished and 200 yards from the lake. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
