Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

Beautiful, renovated junior one bedroom suite w/ private entrance and private patio area - it has all of the amenities you need for a relaxing escape from the city, right in the middle of the city. It is about 20 min away from Venice Beach, LAX, Downtown LA, Hollywood. You have everything you need in this peaceful and spacious suite. Note our apartment is not suitable for children or infants, prefer to host adults only. Also, the apartment is open concept, so there is no door to the bedroom.

It is too small for families.

This is the ideal place for you if you're looking for a very quiet, private and comfortable space that is centrally located in West LA. It's a very clean studio that is privately located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a beautiful neighborhood. It's really a lovely place to take walks. Conveniently located just minutes away from downtown Culver City and the Sony studios in the Carlson Park area, it offers the best of both worlds - a peaceful retreat and easy access to vibrant attractions.

I love being a host! My partner and I purchased our home in 2018 and are restoring her little by little. This is one of the historic homes in the neighborhood and we are doing our best to bring her back to life. One interesting fact about the home, Mike Love, of the Beach Boys, lived here as a teenager and wrote a song about the property that was recorded on the Holland album. I am stunned by the views across the city to downtown LA every time I see them. Hope you will stay with us!
