Our stay at the charming bed and breakfast was a delight! From the warm welcome to the friendly atmosphere, we felt right at home. The hot tub was a highlight, where we soaked while enjoying stunning nature views and even spotted deer nearby. Mornings on the deck with coffee and evenings watching the sunset were pure bliss. Our hosts were accommodating, offering great local recommendations while respecting our privacy. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape, this bed and breakfast is a hidden gem. We left feeling rejuvenated and can’t wait to return!

Two nights over Easter spent at this beautiful riverside cottage, has everything you need here and an added bonus is the hot tub, would definitely recommend 👌

We visited as a little get away for my partners birthday and Jenna helped to decorate the living area with a banner and balloons! Was nice little surprise. A beautiful place and a wonderful break away for me in a really stresssful time. I needed a space that was private but safe and friendly with a sprinkle of special and this delivered 100%. I was met with such friendliness and kindness and felt at home yet away enough in equal measures. Everything is just right and i just felt able to relax, switch off and breathe, but in safety and privacy all at the same time. Had an amazing valentines stay here with my partner. Clare was the perfect host and the barn was the perfect property for our stay. Very quaint, peaceful and secluded. With lovely views over the farmland and a short drive from some beautiful towns

The cottage was beautiful with lovely views. There are a few pubs in walking distance and a farm shop a short drive away. The hot tub was a lovely touch and very easy to use. Would recommend staying here!

My husband, my three boys and my mom stayed at this fabulous cottage over the long Easter weekend and we had an absolute blast! We took up so many of David’s recommendations from dinner and spa at the gorgeous Pig hotel to taking the boys to catch trout at the farm in Bibury. Thankfully the kitchen was very well stocked for the giant trout dinner we then prepared! We really enjoyed dinner at the village pub which was a short walk from the house and every evening we retired to the hot tub to unwind from a busy day. My boys were thrilled with the toys and games and especially the football nets in the garden. They had a lovely attentive audience of cows as well :-). We also visited cirencester and the massive garden center in Burford. The beds were very comfortable and bedding felt high quality as well which is not always the case with airbnbs. There were so many thoughtful details from the welcome bottle of bubbles to little notes as to how to care for the plants. Will be back!

Charming thatched roof cottage in a quiet village with wonderfully landscaped grounds. Ample off street parking and tennis court. Excellent location to nearby sites, castles, archery and local restaurants. We highly recommended staying at Jane’s cottage!

Perfect little find for our trip to the Cotswolds! The cottage was lovely, very well laid out, nicely designed interior finishings and felt very homely. Clean and tidy place and looked exactly as described. Ideal location for us to stay. Despite being on a working farm we found it very quiet and peaceful. Clear instructions for entry and Caroline was very responsive

We've had a wonderful stay at the Old Forge. The cottage is very cosy and homely with enough space to spread out. The cottage is set in a beautiful village with a lovely pub in, and a great spot to start a good country walk. Our doggies also loved being at the cottage!

What an amazing Cottage there was everything you could wish for. Spotless clean lovely decorated and very comfortable the bedding and beds were amazing really comfortable. The kitchen and dining area was very spacious. A massive plus for us was parking and the outside enclosed for the dogs they were perfectly safe . A nice outside sitting area. Location was perfect with a shop close by and in walking distance to Stratford Town we also drove approximately 30 minutes to the Cotswolds which was beautiful. 100 percent I would recommend and would return we didn’t want to come home. It was a lovely stay at a beautiful cottage. The cottage was everything we hoped for a little two day get away. We spent time on local walking footpaths and getting to know the local pubs. Our recommendations are; The Falcon, Ye Olde Reine Deer Inn and The Blinking Owl over the road. The owners of the Blinking Owl were lovely hosts, really traditional English pub and great food from Sylvia! We spent our New Years Eve there and it was a lovely evening. Couldnt have asked for a better stay. Mary was super helpful and responsive on the run up to the stay. We hope to visit again soon.

Deer View cottage is was absolutely gorgeous! It’s a traditional cottage, so the stairs are steep & takes some getting used too, however do not let this put you off. There is a secure garden for the dogs, however a public walkway right across the road through a wooded area & fields which lead to the village green & cafe! Perfect for a morning coffee. The cottage was extremely clean with everything in place ie towels, hand soap, tea towels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets & toilet rolls (including spares). Bathroom & separate shower was perfect when sharing with family or couples. Definitely recommend Deer View cottage, it catered for all our needs including our dogs & the surprise views in the back garden was totally unexpected! Hosts were perfect!

An oasis of peace and tranquility. Judy’s house was tucked away behind a gate and accessed via a secluded courtyard, perfect for a morning cuppa or sundowner. We had a very relaxing stay, communication with Judy was prompt and helpful. We were able to park in the nearby disused pub which is a short walk away along the country lane.

I loved everything about Little Pippins - the space, the calming decor and the location. Everything that was provided had been well thought through. Richard and Kelly were also exemplary hosts in every respect. My stay was one of my best Airbnb experiences. Caroline

We greatly enjoyed our brief retreat at this nice and charming Cotswold Cottage, off the beaten track. Very nice accommodation, immediately felt "like home". Very well equipped (though we didn't make use of the cooking facilities...) and also top regarding heating, insulation, internet access ... And the recommended "King's Head" pub around the corner was excellent (with the unexpected benefit of live music on Saturday evening...). Nice hiking/rambling options, too.

We had the most amazing stay to celebrate our Honeymoon. The cottage was beyond our expectations - felt like we were living in a fairytale. Martin had left lots of useful information about the local area which we used to plan our days and get the most out of our time in the Cotswolds. The cottage itself had everything you could possibly need for the most relaxing, peaceful stay. A trip we will never forget! Thank you for letting us experience a little cottage life with such breathtaking views all around! We cannot wait to visit again!

It’s a very nice property. Lots of land around it. Our children loved it. Perfectly positioned to visit all lovely Cotswolds villages yet quiet and peaceful to relax after the whole day of sightseeing.
