I had issues with checking in and this caused a delay of two hours. The host responded and the issue was the cleaner from the previous guest was delayed in finishing. The location and property was perfect for my needs I would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay , everything was to a very high standard and looked very new, Rob was very responsive to all our messages and would definitely stay again.

We were very happy with our stay in London in the accommodation of Adam. The neighborhood was very nice, with a nice view over the park. We stayed with 4 adults and 1 baby, which was very comfortable due to the multiple bed/bathrooms. Furthermore, the metro/bus were on a walking distance which made it easy for us, and also the parking availability was a plus since we came with the car. I would definitely stay here again when I come back in London!

I felt very good at Aengus. The house was very pleasant, I found everything I needed and everything was exactly as in the pictures. I really liked the area, close to the canal, with a pleasant view. I communicated very well and quickly with the host. I have found here all the things you need for a longer stay. I recommend with confidence

We stayed for a long weekend in this lovely accommodation. Everything was perfect, clean, and the amenities were so lovely. The kids loved the pool which was definitely a highlight. David was around to answer questions and any questions we had were replied to very quickly when they were not on site. We had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning!

We absolutely loved staying at Tatiana’s penthouse, it was stunning inside and out, the photos of the penthouse are beautiful but honestly it’s even more beautiful in real life. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be returning. It was the perfect place to be to celebrate my 40th Birthday. And Tatiana was an amazing host, thank you again for a lovely stay.

Ajit is a very friendly host. The locations is nearby restaurants, supermakets and bus stops.

Such a lovely space, everything there was carefully thought of when it comes to the aesthetics of the room. Jenny was great at responding on time and promptly. I love how there were chargers all around the room to charge your phone and other devices. the Bluetooth mirror was definitely the highlight of the room. I love how there was information put out to tell us what was in the neighbourhood, something really kind to have done. The room was spotless and so clean and neat. Jenny was also so kind to have left a variety of games out for our entertainment. Thank you so much for the hospitality!!

Perfect place to stay for visiting the golf at Wentworth. Svetlana was so helpful and welcoming and the apartment is brilliant. Will be booking again for next year!

The house is stunning - beautiful, spacious, private and quiet. Frederika was friendly, extremely helpful and responsive. There were very clear instructions on how to access and leave the property. Plenty of space and lovely decorations for a family Christmas gathering. The garden is lovely and the area is great for walks. Thank you for a great stay!

This house was great , so peaceful and relaxing with a amazing garden, loved staying here. Cassandra the host was very friendly and helpful, highly recommend to anyone and will be staying again.

This is an amazing and beautiful eco property. Ivana and John have spent a lot of time carefully considering so many aspects of their beautiful home. The location is so peaceful. The beautiful aspect across their garden meant you could see wildlife and bunnies and beautiful sunrises. 🌅 All beds were super comfy. The wood burner was cozy. The sofa was great for a family and their TV stereo set up was brilliant. There are ALOT of lights etched to get used to, that create mood lighting in each room and Ivana manages the heating of the property remotely.

Hilas place was ideal for our family with small kids. The location was in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was a short drive to the town center. The house was spacious with its 5 rooms and the kids loved the large garden and toys to play with. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hila was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay! We felt right at home straight away and Mel left it all lovely and cosy for us arriving, with the heating and lamps on. We arrived in a storm too and she kindly checked in to see how we were getting on with our journey. House had a key lock, which was great for flexibility, so suited us. And Mel let us know she was only round the corner if we needed anything. Really homely feeling, lovely living room to all relax together with blankets and a great tv, and table in the kitchen to eat at. Hardly saw Darth Vader the cat, although the kids did spot him under one of the beds at one point. We just stayed one night, before going to Harry Potter the following morning and it was perfect for that. 10 min walk from the train station and Harry Potter bus, cafe for breakfast at the end of the road, Tesco, co-op, kfc all within 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend for staying with kids - ours are 12 and 9. Comfy beds, lovely bathroom, all great! Thanks Mel ! x

Great house in lovely Kew, perfect for our family of 4. The property is just 5 mins walk from the train station and has a supermarket close by. Looked exactly like the photos with a little sun trap garden to the front. We also received a helpful video before check in with useful information.

Bill’s place was fantastic and incredibly spacious and decorated. We particularly enjoyed the TV and fireplace. Despite encountering a minor issue, Bill promptly resolved it and maintained a positive and accommodating attitude throughout our stay. He ensured we could check in early and check out late, which was greatly appreciated. Overall it was a great stay in a well looked after and gated community.

What a great host Nik was. He was very responsive, helpful and genuinely interested in us and our story. Nik’s studio was a lovely place to stay for a few days and very importantly for us was parking and stable wifi for working and being able to watch TV. Good central heating meant the studio remained cosy with plenty of hot water and the bed was lovely and comfortable. In warmer weather there was also a lovely private outdoor space with seating and a BBQ. In checking out Nik offered for me to stay on longer which was a real bonus and a very kind offer. Thanks Nik for being a very welcoming host and I highly recommend your studio as a lovely place to stay if you are in the area.

Overall, I thought the experience was excellent. Free breakfast is absolute saver for me traveling with 3 teenagers. The room got cleaned every day during the week. Everything was clean. The whole design was well thought through and user friendly. Though far from central London, it is absolutely value for money if you don’t mind traveling with bus and tube. I would totally stay there again.

Brilliant and helpful host and a stunning facility. Very understanding with a late check in due to a delay in our journey. Will be booking to stay here again!

Lovely clean annex in a good location within Fleet. Sarah's pre arrival communication was clear and help was provided when we had difficulty using the tricky lock mechanism of the front door. The beers in the fridge were also gratefully received!! Thanks a lot 🙂
