Witzenberg Base Camp is a paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, located on our lifestyle farm 4.5 km from Tulbagh. The camp was built with 100% recycled materials and is equipped with 12 volt solar lighting system, WIFI, USB port and on demand gas geyser. There are no plugins for electrical appliances. Kick back in peace and tranquility, surrounded by the sounds of nature and panoramic views of the magnificent Tulbagh valley. Please note the new NO PETS policy.

Neighbor to award winning wine farms, situated in the pristine Banhoek Valley. 8 minutes drive to central Stellenbosch, 25 minutes to Franschhoek. #Bainsbosch A spacious tranquil rustic cabin on the banks of the Wit River at the base of Bains Kloof Pass. The cabin is surrounded by 2 hectares of fynbos and the Limietberg mountains. There is a full kitchen and 3 bedrooms. Mount Bain is a protected nature reserve . The Wit River flows down Bains Kloof. Guests can swim in pristine mountain water, hike into the surrounding mountains or visit several Wine estates nearby.". Backup power is provided for loadshedding.

The cottage is a perfect destination for a couple, but can sleep up to four people in 2 inter-leading bedrooms. It is fully equipped for self catering with a 2 plate gas stove, bar fridge, crockery, cutlery, bed-linen, towels and a braai area (barbeque) with a vine-covered pergola.
