Second time staying at one of Daniels properties & yet again I'm impressed. Clean, walking distance to Aldi & Morrisons, fast response & everything you need to cook your home cooked meals. The vacuum was missing and Daniel kindly came and brought one. Within 5mins I managed to trip the fuse board, Daniel returned to rectify it with no hesitation. Daniel & Jazz are amazing with communicating & making you feel at home. I ended up staying for 4 nights when I originally planned to stay for 2. I will certainly be staying in one of Daniels properties again.

Great stay and good location, near to the city centre by car. Good price and communication

Lovely flat in a quiet area. A great field a couple of houses away, ideal for walking dogs and a separate children’s play area. Check instructions were clear and included photos (parking spaces and lock box etc). It was around a mile walk into the town centre. There is a Sainsbury’s local at the end of the road. We didn’t hear anyone in surrounding flats. A very quiet building. Great to have another tv in the bedroom. Handy to have a washing machine and tumble drier for longer stays. If we were in the area again, we would definitely rebook.

Martin was a really great host, very easy to communicate with. We were staying for work and booked other apartments in the building for my colleagues which Martin was super helpful with. Lot's of parks and greenery in the area. Really good location for where we were working.

Lovely place to stay for quick drive to the zoo. Place was immaculate and perfect for our family. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasant stay

We had a wonderful stay at the place. The flat is centrally located with a great view and a very peaceful ambience. All the amenities were available. It is a great place to go visit all nearby places and have a good rest after an eventful day.

This is by far the best Airbnb that we have stayed in. Simon & Jenny are lovely hosts & have put so much thought & care into making their apartment a home away from home. The place was spotlessly clean & comfortable. So much attention to detail, even hot water bottles. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. As well as basic food items to get you started there was lovely fresh bread, local biscuits, Prosecco & fresh flowers to name but a few things. Secure parking, the lift & early check-in we’re much appreciated. Sad to leave & will return.

Excelente em tudo. Ótima anfitriã e ótima casa muito perto de tudo e com tudo o que podíamos precisar. Visto que temos por lá família ficaremos certamente mais vezes neste espaço.

New build, well laid out, well situated for visiting local attractions. Morrisons store within walking distance and despite the area still being developed it was really quiet.

Great stay great host beautiful property will use again

Kit's place was well located, well furnished and clean. What really stood out was the level of care and attention that Kit had gone to to make us (or any guest) feel truly welcomed and catered for. Thanks Kit - you really added to the experience of our visit.

No issues with our stay, it did what it needed to do & gavecus the space we needed as a family after a function we attended.

Lovely property close to all local amenities.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The place was decorated beautifully especially the living space with all the amenities required. The location was quiet, offering a peaceful escape. While there’s room for slight improvement in cleanliness, it didn’t take away from the overall comfort of the stay. I appreciated the effort put into the design and enjoyed my time here.

We had a fantastic weekend at Lucy's place. Lucy and Stephen have thought of everything! There is a very handy flexible check-in process, and once you check in there are lots of clear instructions on how to use everything in the property. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need during your stay and the property has a comfy and spacious living/dining area. Both bedrooms had comfortable double beds and it was extremely helpful to have the two bathrooms, as well as a downstairs toilet. The property is in a really lovely setting in a quiet corner, so traffic noise is minimal. A really lovely stay to celebrate a family birthday - thank you so much!

great location for my week at BCU, right near a huge Morrisons and easy walking distance to Uni.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Laurence was a very attentive host that quickly responded to my questions, and check-in was one of the smoothest I’ve had with Air B&B. The property itself was exactly what I needed and was only a 5 minute walk from the town center.

Pamela and Paul are fab hosts. nothing is too trouble. even asked for some more eggs for our breakfast! You get fresh bread, milk and butter left for you. The accommodation is immaculate and if you've forgotten anything from home it will be supplied there. Beautiful views and stunning location. Will book again with them again without hesitation. a big thank you to you both.

Perfect apparments in a great central location. Very clean and well appointed facilities. Very fluffy towels which we really appreciated. Mark was very helpful with check in details. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Shrewsbury.

I Stayed here for 6 weeks whilst on placement. Cosy and clean place to come back to at the end of the day, great kitchen and very useful to have washing machine too, the lounge area was also very cosy and great TV with everything I needed!! The studio was only 20 mins from city centre so lots to do around the area and i found a great gym only 10 mins away. Overall, a really nice place, will being going back if ever down there again.

A comfortable, clean, self-contained flat in a great location. Well-equipped with many thoughtful touches - milk, tea, coffee, toiletries etc. I loved the midday check-out time, it was so nice not to have to rush to vacate on my last day! Highly recommended.

A great base from which to explore the local area or visit friends and family.
