Enjoy the evening sunsets around a campfire. Located just 7 minutes from the High Trestle Bike Trail and 10 minutes to the Ledges State Park for hiking and cross country skiing. Enjoy tubing and skiing at Seven Oaks, Boone. Take in events at Iowa State University or Des Moines Civic Center just 30 minutes away.

Compact & cozy, it has everything needed: separate bedroom, small living room, kitchen with full sized appliances & bathroom with shower. Coin op laundry, elevator, onsite management 8-5, M-F, video surveillance throughout common areas and a semi secured building are just some of the things that make this building special. Sleeps 2, 1 bed (full). The city does not allow overnight parking on downtown streets, but there are two free well lit municipal lots each about a block from our building.

Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Just a few minutes from downtown Boone and the Boone Speedway, a short 17 miles to Jack Trice Stadium/Hilton Coliseum in Ames, and less than an hour to the Des Moines International Airport.
