The cabin & BBQ cabin are all yours to enjoy & are connected via a leafy walkway. MTB trails are on our doorstep, ride/walk into town in minutes or just chill & enjoy the sauna & hot tub. If you are searching for a tasteful getaway with unbeatable views of Port Campbell beach, then your search should come to a close. This new loft conversion offers a spacious open plan living with bay views, located above 12 Rocks Cafe. Watch the sunset from one of two balconies during summer months, with a chilled glass of wine. Simply walk downstairs & you are on the main street, to your right a safe swimming beach. 10 minutes drive to 12 apostles. Accommodation more suited for adults.

A fully private and self-contained loft studio offers panoramic views of the Southern Ocean and sits in amongst the Otway rainforest treetops. Perched amongst the rolling hills of Illowa, The Cutting is a stone's throw from the famous Tower Hill Wildlife Reserve. It's not uncommon to find a koala dozing in the tree or a kangaroo loose in the top paddock. Enjoy the remarkable coastline, lush greenery and the occasional dairy cow framed by the expansive windows and architectural design of this remarkable stay. This building has received national and international recognition for its unique take on small scale design.

The Misty Dunes Woodshed

Named after the iconic Peterborough coastal sand dunes located 2 minutes away on the Great Ocean Road, this upcycled woodshed came to be when we, Bronte and Hayley purchased the 2-acre property at the start of 2020. Handmade from mostly salvaged and recycled products, what once was an old corrugated woodshed, is now an eye-catching and unique space, made with the sole purpose to relax, escape and appreciate the perfect blend of bush and sea.
