The spiral stairs lead to a comfortably sized loft and sleeping area. A short drive away you can experience local wineries, attractions, and the ever popular Lake Thunderbird State Park. Once back home it is time to enjoy the spacious deck with Chiminea along with spectacular views of the landscape.

The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (1 mile north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions:CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, and Artesian Casino, & Spa.

The kitchen is equipped with a small bar sink, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, kuerig, toaster oven, small fridge and cooking essentials. The Cottage is nestled west of Davis off of a county road minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness. This charming 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home is located on a private road in a pecan grove offering a quiet place to enjoy country living. There is plenty of room to park a boat or ATV's. Enjoy evenings around the firepit in the back and watch the deer during the early morning hours. The three king size beds welcome families a restful stay at the Cottage.
